🔥 Production Worker 🔥 (experience is not required )
We need 15 people
This company specializes in the production and distribution of components for hydraulic systems, in particular fittings, hoses, and other components used in high-pressure hydraulics, as well as in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
✅ We offer:
▪️️ employment contract
▪️️ rate 5,000 gross/month
▪️️ attendance allowance - PLN 300/month
▪️️ bonus for night work, days off and holidays
▪️️ discretionary bonus
▪️ salary in NET is around 5600-6400 PLN / month NET
▪️️ meal subsidy PLN 5/day
▪️️ a monthly subsidy for the apartment in the amount of 400 PLN

✅ Job requirements:
▪️️ operating a hydraulic bending machine,
▪️️ making simple mathematical calculations,
▪️️ operating a drilling machine and a CNC milling machine
▪️️ completing technical documentation and entering data into the computer
▪️️ preparing the automatic bar machines for operation,
▪️️ transport and loading of material,
✅ Our requirements:
▪️ interview in the company is required
▪️️ knowledge of English at a communicative level
▪️️ ability to make simple calculations
▪️️ ability to read technical drawings is welcome

🔥 Grinder / Surface Grinder🔥in a shipyard
✅Job Description:
▪️ Grinding, cleaning, and surface treatment of steel components with thicknesses ranging from 5–100 mm.
▪️ Removing welding spatter, mill scale, sharp edges, and other surface irregularities in all working positions.
▪️ Preparing surfaces and components for painting in accordance with the required standards.
▪️ Operating power tools and pneumatic tools used in the grinding process.
▪️ Visual inspection of the quality of the prepared surface.
▪️ Working in accordance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and the requirements applicable to steel structure production.
✅Requirements:
▪️ Experience working as a grinder, preferably in heavy industry or steel structure production.
▪️ Crane operator / lifting equipment operator course (poddźwignicowy).
▪️ Ability to prepare components for painting according to the required specifications and standards.
▪️ Ability to operate grinders and other tools used for processing steel structures.
▪️ Knowledge of safe working practices when using power and pneumatic tools.
▪️ Ability to visually assess the quality of prepared surfaces.
▪️ Experience in the production of steel structures, large-scale structures, or offshore structures is an advantage.
✅We Offer:
▪️ Salary: 37.00 PLN/hour gross. ( around 28 PLN/ hour net)
▪️+ 300–360 PLN/month in meal allowance
▪️ Working hours: 8 hours per day.
▪️ Employment type: contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie).
▪️ Three-shift work:
1st shift: 06:00–14:00
2nd shift: 14:00–22:00
3rd shift: 22:00–06:00
▪️ Long-term assignments of more than 12 months.
▪️ Support with the legalization of residence and work for foreign nationals.
▪️Accommodation: organized by the employer and paid for by the employee — 850 PLN/month

✅ We offer:

* 3 shifts:
- 1-st shift 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2-nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3-rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
✅ Job description:
* welding using methods 138/136 for offshore structures
* making butt welds BW and fillet welds FW in sheet metal joints in all welding positions – category IV, additionally a joint with pipes in the PH-L045 position
* welding of sheets in the thickness range of 5-100 mm,
* work in accordance with the technical drawing and WPS instructions
* preparing elements and setting welding parameters,
* quality control and measurement of welds,
* arc air gouging
* performing repairs based on NDT reports
✅ Job requirements:
* experience in working as a welder using the 138/136 method on offshore structures
* knowledge of technical drawings and WPS instructions,
* knowledge of the requirements of quality level B according to EN ISO 5817
* possession of a welding certificate using method 138/136
* determining the scope of welding work after reviewing the technical drawing
* setting the welding machine parameters as needed,
* controlling the quality of the weld
The candidate performs:
1) butt joint with a "V" shape – melting process 138, filling and facing 136. The quality of the joint determines the further direction:
* satisfactory workmanship - hull welder
* good and very good workmanship: offshore welder
* visual examination of VT
2) task for an offshore welder – welding a three-dimensional joint using processes 138/136. Weld with a "K" shape, sheet thickness: 20-30 mm – the root is arc-air gouged: category III:
* VT – visual examination;
* UT – ultrasonic examination;
3) When the offshore welder III performs:
* 1 task with a grade of very good,
* 2 tasks with a minimum grade of good,
can make an additional PIPE joint – performance graded good or very good: category IV.
* VT – visual examination;
* UT – ultrasonic examination;

⚽ A fantastic football tournament and a great opportunity for our employees to connect!
The goal of this event was to discover sporting talent and strengthen team integration. Thanks to the matches played, we were able to identify several very promising players who will soon begin training with Polonia 1908 Marcinki Kępno.

It was a wonderful day filled with competition, fun, and the chance to get to know one another better. Special thanks go to my colleagues and employees for helping organize the event , without your commitment and support, this tournament would not have been such a success.
