Laying off a key employee is a leadership risk.

Most companies don’t get into trouble because they terminate employees. They get into trouble because of how they do it.

Layoffs — especially of key or senior employees — sit at the intersection of:
- legal exposure
- reputational damage
- operational instability
- and leadership credibility

Yet many leaders still treat them as a procedural step.But one poorly handled conversation can lead to:
- lawsuits and claims of unfair dismissal
- disclosure of sensitive internal information
- damaged employer brand in a very small market

Сразу скажем честно: это не самый простой домен. Вокруг него много дискуссий, в том числе про этичность, хищнические механики и зависимости. И для кого-то это будет стоп-фактор. Для кого-то - профессиональный вызов. Мы считаем правильным это проговаривать.

Тем не менее, внутри команд, с которыми мы работаем, фокус всегда на качестве продукта, устойчивой экономике и прозрачных моделях.

🎰Math Lead (Slots)

Это роль с очень высоким уровнем ответственности. В слот-играх математика - это не вспомогательная функция, а основа продукта. От модели зависят удержание, баланс, поведение игрока и экономика в целом.

Поиск непростой. Хороших slot-математиков на рынке мало. Большинство сильных специалистов давно работают внутри студий и редко выходят на открытый рынок. Часто встречаются сильные теоретики без продакшн-опыта в real-money продуктах. Либо, наоборот, практики с опытом релизов, но без глубокой проработки математической модели и экономики игры.

Здесь нужен человек, который сочетает и глубину, и практику. Который понимает, что его решения напрямую влияют на финансовый результат и устойчивость продукта.

🎮 Senior Front-End Game Engineer (Remote, CET ±)

Ищем инженера с опытом разработки онлайн-игр. Это не про «обычный фронтенд». Работа связана с созданием игровой логики в связке с анимацией, использованием Canvas-движков и обязательным опытом работы с Pixi.js.

Важны сильный TypeScript, понимание алгоритмов, аккуратный код и реальный интерес к геймдеву. Опыт в iGaming будет плюсом, но ключевое именно игровой инженерный бэкграунд.

Команда работает data-driven, процессы структурированы, решения принимаются быстро. Формат полностью удалённый (Европа, ближе к CET).
