📢 Important update for foreigners in Poland!

According to announcements from the Ministry of the Interior and Administration:

🔹 Starting from April 27, 2026, the MOS system (Case Handling Module) will be launched, enabling applications for:
– temporary residence
– permanent residence
– EU long-term resident status

👉 These applications will be submitted exclusively online via the MOS portal.

⚠️ Important!
If your legal stay expires before April 27, 2026 or within approximately 2 weeks after this date, you should submit your application as soon as possible in paper form – no later than April 26, 2026.
Applications received after this deadline will not be processed (the date of delivery to the office matters, not the posting date).

🔹 From May 4, 2026, it will also be possible to apply for a residence card with the annotation
“Previously a holder of temporary protection” (so-called CUKR card).

📌 Important update for foreign professionals and employers in Poland

For applications for a temporary residence permit based on employment requiring high professional qualifications (EU Blue Card), the current minimum salary requirement is:

💰 PLN 13,355.34 gross

ℹ️ Nowa kwota wynagrodzenia wymagana do uzyskania pobytu czasowego z tytułu wykonywania pracy
w zawodzie wymagającym posiadania wyższych kwalifikacji zawodowych (Blue Card)

➡ informujemy, iż z związku komunikatem Prezesa Głównego GUS z dnia 09.02.2026 r. ogłoszono kwotę przeciętnego wynagrodzenia w gospodarce narodowej w 2025 r. która wynosi 8903,56 zł.

➡ Oznacza to, iż dla wniosków o udzielenie zezwolenia na pobyt czasowy z tytułu wykonywania pracy wymagającej posiadania wysokich kwalifikacji zawodowych (art. 127 ustawy o cudzoziemcach) minimalna kwota wynagrodzenia wynosi obecnie: 13 355,34 zł.
