We are very happy to present you our new product - banneton bread proofing baskets made of bamboo fiber, corn starch and plastic.
It is a unique product, the only such basket in the world made mostly of bamboo fiber, designed in Poland, in the EU.
Here are some advantages of our baskets:
- they are very hygienic, can be cleaned in a dishwasher and meet the requirements of the HACCP system
- they can be safely used in contact with food, they do not contain any harmful substances or metals, which is confirmed by thorough SGS tests
- the expected lifespan is much longer than for rattan baskets, as with regular cleaning no moulds can develop inside
- can be used with or without liners

That's what came out from a couronne basket! Beautiful!

I'll admit it: I'm a details guy. That's how I see, touch, hear, taste, think and love. Who cares about the big picture when one little corner of it looks like THAT!?!
