Syberry’s next goal is to launch project MVPs within just six months of first contact with a client. To make this happen, we’re automating and accelerating every stage of the software engineering process — from requirements analysis and recruitment to development itself.
One way we do this is by pre-starting projects. “When we start working with a client and realize at some point that the likelihood of project launch is high, we do a pre-start,” says Syberry CTO Paul Vasiliev. “Repositories are set up, CI/CD is configured, infrastructure is prepared, necessary tasks are assigned, and requirements are organized so that people can read them, familiarize themselves, and ask questions. Thus, when people begin working on the project, they are already developing something unique.”
Thanks to this approach, we can demo the first unique features just five days after kickoff.
