❗ Найпоширеніша помилка: іноземець адресує оскарження Голові Управління у справах іноземців, але надсилає його безпосередньо до Управління у Варшаві. Це неправильно.
✅ Оскарження подається до Голови Управління у справах іноземців через воєводу, який видав рішення.
Це означає, що оскарження необхідно надіслати на адресу воєводського управління, яке розглядало вашу справу.
⚠️ Надсилання документів до неправильного органу може спричинити зайві ускладнення та затримки у розгляді справи.
📌 Перед надсиланням оскарження завжди перевірте:
✅ хто видав рішення;
✅ кому адресоване оскарження;
✅ на яку адресу його необхідно надіслати.

❗ The most common mistake: a foreign national addresses the appeal to the Head of the Office for Foreigners but sends it directly to the Office in Warsaw. This is incorrect.
✅ An appeal should be submitted to the Head of the Office for Foreigners through the Voivode who issued the decision.
This means that the appeal should be sent to the address of the Voivodeship Office that handled your case.
⚠️ Sending documents to the wrong authority may cause unnecessary complications and delays in the proceedings.
