🌱 A huge success for the Secret Garden Project! 🌿

We did it! On May 21st, 12 of our amazing colleagues rolled up their sleeves and brought their best energy to the Secret Garden Project, an inspiring initiative organized in collaboration with ABSL Poznań.

Partnering with a fantastic local center that supports children and families through foster care, our team spent the day transforming their outdoor space into a beautiful, welcoming oasis.

Here is what our incredible volunteers accomplished:
🖌️ Impregnated fences and benches to keep them looking fresh
🌻 Mowed, weeded, and pruned the garden to perfection

Thanks to this hard work, the residents now have a rejuvenated, green space to relax, connect with nature, and most importantly host their upcoming annual family festival this June! 🎪☀️

A massive thank you to our dedicated volunteers for showing up, working hard, and making a real difference in the local community. We couldn't have asked for a better day of giving back! 💚

At the end of April, our office's EasyConnect initiative and The Confused Ones band teamed up to host an incredible after-work concert: Language Night Jam! 🎤

It was a beautiful celebration of our office's amazing diversity, highlighting the different languages and cultures that make our teams so special. We traveled the world through music with great performances featuring tunes from Croatia 🇭🇷, Jamaica 🇯🇲, Poland 🇵🇱, and Italy 🇮🇹!

The energy was absolutely contagious - seeing everyone dancing, smiling, and singing along with the band was the perfect way to wrap up the day. 💃🕺

April 9th - Day of Pink in our Poznan Office - was a day of allyship, creativity, and celebration! 🏳️‍🌈
Inspiring talks, workshops, a film screening, and the Pink photowall brought us together. Plus, our Bake Sale raised funds to support LGBTQ+ rights.

Together, we’re building a more inclusive and supportive world for everyone :)

And thanks to our new initiative - Motion Makers - we have it all on camera ;) 🎬

We did it - again!

This year marked the 10th edition of Project Shoebox overall and the 3rd time we’ve proudly taken part in this incredible initiative. Thanks to our colleagues' incredible support, we collected and delivered 56 boxes filled with essential cosmetics and hygiene products to an organization committed to preventing violence against women, combating discrimination, and advocating for equality and respect for women's rights. These boxes are more than just items—they’re a symbol of care, dignity, and hope for women in need.

A huge shoutout to our amazing volunteers who donated the items and gave their time and energy to pack these boxes with so much love. You are the heart of this initiative, and we couldn’t have done it without you!

Last week, we came together to celebrate Coming Out Day with an inspiring and heartfelt event dedicated to inclusivity, authenticity, and community. 🏳️‍🌈✨
The event kicked off with a meaningful discussion, where colleagues courageously shared their personal coming-out stories, creating a safe and supportive space for everyone to listen, learn, and connect. 💬💛
This was followed by a fun and interactive quiz that tested our knowledge of q***r history and culture, sparking curiosity and meaningful conversations. 📚🌟
It was a day filled with learning and connection - a reminder of the importance of celebrating authenticity and supporting one another.

Last week, amazing colleagues from our Poznan Office spent a day volunteering at a local dog shelter 🏠🐶 dedicated to rescuing and caring for homeless, abandoned, and mistreated dogs. This initiative was part of a larger effort in collaboration with ABSL, uniting companies from the business services sector to create a meaningful impact.

While some of us were busy with maintenance work, others took the dogs out for nice, long walks 🐕🚶‍♀️. This not only gave the dogs a chance to stretch their legs, explore, and enjoy some much-needed attention 🐾💛, but it also made it easier for the rest of the team to focus on improving the shelter’s facilities. It was a win-win for everyone—happy dogs 🐕✨ and productive volunteers!

It was a day filled with hard work, teamwork 🤝, and plenty of wagging tails! 🐾💛 From painting fences to sharing belly rubs, we’re proud to have contributed to creating a better environment for these furry friends.
