From there, I design the session around them. Leadership, communication, sales, capacity building, train-the-trainer, facilitation, hybrid learning, or a mix of what your teams need.

People often ask me what meetly. actually does, so here it is.

I work with organisations, teams and individuals through training, workshops, consultancy and one-to-one mentoring.

Through training and workshops, I design and deliver practical learning experiences across areas such as leadership, management, communication, sales, personal development, capacity building, train-the-trainer, facilitation and hybrid learning.

Sessions can be tailored around the needs of a team, organisation or project.

Through consultancy, I support organisations that are setting up, growing, going through change, or trying to improve areas that are no longer working as well as they should. Sometimes that means reviewing processes, developing people, helping structure a project or team, or simply bringing in an outside perspective.

Through one-to-one mentoring, I work with people who want more clarity, confidence or direction. Whether they are navigating a professional challenge, developing themselves, or feeling stuck and unsure of their next step.

What I bring to meetly. is a combination of academic knowledge and real-world experience: a background in Commerce and Management, more than 15 years in sales and business, and over two decades of leadership and volunteering within a non-profit.

My approach is practical and participative. I do not believe in sessions where people simply sit, listen and leave.

We discuss. We question. We practise. We work on real situations.

The aim is simple: to help people leave with more clarity, stronger skills and a clearer idea of what to do next.

I spent part of this morning in the hot seat.

The Rangers of the Mosta Girl Guides could ask me anything about starting out, running my own business, and what I've learnt along the way.

We also talked about saving early, choosing the people around you, and why success rarely happens overnight.

Time to celebrate!

I can't believe it's been a year since I took the plunge and decided to put my dream in motion.

Doubted myself? Sure. Wasn't sure it would work? Yep. But I did it anyway.

It's never easy creating the life you want, and not everyone around you will get it. But this first year has been a blast. I've met great people, grown a lot myself, and learnt so much along the way. Can't wait to see what's next.

Some thoughts stay in our heads.
