We hosted the 𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗔 𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗔 𝗗𝗢𝗦𝗞𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗔 (Lean Leadership Academy) – an original development program by 4Results Growth & Excellence that proves in practice that continuous improvement is not a slogan on the wall, but daily work with process, performance, and people.
This program prepares Improvement Leaders to co-create, together with top management, a culture of high efficiency, accountability, and continuous optimization – so the organization can consistently deliver its ideal RESULTS.
We are especially proud that our colleagues Jarosław Chudziński and Zbigniew Stolcman are part of this journey. For years, they have been close to production, technology, and today they are strengthening their leadership competencies to support operational transformation even more effectively.
Solid leadership in process improvement is the foundation of sustainable growth for every printing house and packaging production plant. High quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency are never accidental – they are the outcome of structured management and disciplined continuous improvement.
