عملائنا الاعزاء،
بالإشارة إلى بعض التعليقات التي تظهر على صفحتنا على "الفيس بوك" و التي تشوه سمعة شركتنا، نود أن نفيدكم بما يلي:
قرر مساهمو شركتنا بتغيير شروط التعاون مع عملاء جدد. فإبتداءا من هذا الشهر, كل عميل جديد يرغب في شراء بضائعنا و يريد مساعدتنا في الحصول على تأشيرة شنغن من أجل القيام بزيارتنا يطلب منه أن يقوم بدفع عربون قدره 1000 يورو إلى حساب شركتنا. يتم الدفع على أساس فاتورة صادرة عن الشركة و يدفع المبلغ إلى حساب يمكن التحقق منه قبل قيام بالدفع حتى لا تكون هناك أي شكوك في شرعية هذه العملية. و يتم خصم المبلغ في ما بعد من المبلغ الكامل المستحق للبضائع التي تم شرائها.
و لكن في حالة حصول العميل على تاشيرة شنغن عن طريق شركتنا و زيارة بولندا و عدم القيام بطلب أي بضائع من شركتنا نحتفظ بهذا المبلغ اعتبارا أنه مكافأة مالية مقابل خدماتنا المتمثلة في إتمام إجراءات التأشيرة لصالح العميل و استقباله في المطار و مساعدته في جميع المشائل المتعلقة بزيارته إلى بولندا. نعتقد أن هذه القواعد واضحة و لا تشكل أي عقبة إلى كل من يريد تعاون جدي و طويل الأمد
أما بالنسبة إلى أسباب هذا القرار فهي كالآتي. تم اتخاذ القرار نظرا لمحاولات متكررة لابتزاز تأشيرة شنغن من قبل أفراد زعموا أنهم رجال أعمال أما في الحقيقة لم يرغبوا في أي عمل تجاري في بولندا. فكانوا يحاولون استغلال شركتنا للحصول على الفيزا. في الوقت الحالي الحصول على تأشيرة شنغن قد تكون إشكالية إلى حد ما، إلا أن شركتنا لديها علاقات جيدة مع القنصليات في عدة بلدان المنطقة وتساعد كل الناس المهتمين في عمل جدي و شفاف في الحصول على التأشيرة.
نأمل أن يردع قرارنا جميع المخادعين والمحتالين و ألا يكون عائقا أمام رجال الأعمال الحقيقيين.
ظهرت تعليقات مسيئة لشركتنا و التي تكذب بأننا لصوص و محتالون بعد أن أبلغنا السيد يوسف سعدي بقواعد جديدة للتعاون. و لم يكن أحدا يجبره على قبول هذه القواعد أو على التعاون معنا. وكان هو الذي اتصل بنا في الأول طالبا تأشيرة شنغن لزيارة بولندا و شراء منتجاتنا. و على ما يبدو عندما أدرك و فهم أننا لن نمول عطلته في بولندا غضب و قرر أن يهاجم شركتنا و ينتقم منها. و تم إبلاغ وزارة الخارجية البولندية و حرس الحدود بمحاولة إبتزاز التأشيرة من قبل السيد سعدي.
ونود أن ننتهز هذه الفرصة لندعوكم إلى التعاون المبني على أساس الصدق والشفافية. كما يرجى الأخذ في عين الاعتبار أن جميع الأشخاص الذين يشوهون سمعة شركتنا و يكتبون عنها أشياء كاذبة سوف يتم إبلاغ مشرف الموقع عنهم مع طلب منع حساباتهم. نحن دائما نقبل نقدا بناء و نكون على استعداد لجواب على أسئلتكم أو شرح لكم أسباب قراراتنا لأنه هو ما يتطلبه تعاون صدق و احترام العملاء و الشركاء لكن ما لا نقبله أبدا هو هجمات جبانة على شركاتنا.
Dear Customers,
With reference to some comments that appear on our profile defaming the good name of Argus Trade, we wish to inform you as follows:
Argus Trade company, by decision of its shareholders, changed the rules of cooperation with new customers. From now on, every new customer who would like to purchase goods from our company for the first time, finds it necessary to visit Poland to finalize the deal but has no Schengen visa and requires our help to obtain it, is expected to pay a deposit fee of 1000 EURO to our company’s account. The basis of the payment is a VAT invoice. Money is paid to a corporate account which can be verified prior to the payment so there is no question of any illegal activity. This amount is subsequently deducted from the amount to be paid for the purchased goods.
However, if the customer receives Schengen visa sponsored by our company, visits Poland and then fails to make the purchase, the deposit fee shall be kept by our company and considered remuneration for the services related to the visa procedure, reception at the airport, on-site visits and handling all matters related to the visit here in Poland. We believe that for any serious businessman, who wants to establish a long lasting cooperation with our company, these rules are clear and do not constitute an obstacle.
Now a few words of explanation. The decision described above was taken in connection with the increasingly frequent attempts to obtain Schengen visa under the guise of business cooperation by people not at all interested in cooperation. At the moment, obtaining a Schengen visa is somewhat problematic, however, our company has good cooperation with consulates in several MENA countries and assists all people seriously interested in transparent and honest business. Unfortunately, this year already 3 visits of so called "businessmen” turned out to be a scam and our company was exploited only for the purpose of obtaining visas. The phony business partners disappeared after setting their foot on Polish soil. Therefore, in order to protect our existing customers and continue supporting honest partners in their effort to obtain business visas, we have made the decision described above.
We hope that it will effectively deter all phishers and fraudsters and will not be an obstacle for serious businessmen.
Entries stating that we are thieves and tricksters emerged after Mr. Youcef Saadi was informed about new rules of cooperation. No one was forcing him to accept these rules or enter into any business relationship with us. He was the one who contacted us in the first place asking to visit Poland to purchase goods from our company. Apparently when he realized that we will not sponsor his holiday in Poland he got very upset. Mr. Saadi was already reported to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Border Guard as a person trying to extort Schengen visa for suspicious activities and we will do the same with all other dishonest people.
We would like to use this opportunity to invite you to cooperation based on honesty and transparency. Also kindly note that all persons unjustly defaming the good name and reputation of our company will be reported to the moderator with a request to block their account. We are always open to constructive criticism supported by facts, are glad to answer all questions and draw conclusions. What we will never tolerate are primitive and unjustified attacks on our company by spiteful individuals.
