Auction Rules
Amusement Machines Auctions by Golden Egg
1. Organizer
The auctions are organized by Golden Egg – Arcade Bee Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), a supplier of arcade and amusement equipment.
2. Auction Platform
All auctions are conducted exclusively on the official page:

Each post marked as AUCTION represents a separate sale.
3. Participants
1. Any adult individual or registered business with an active Facebook account can participate.
2. By placing a bid, the participant fully accepts these auction rules.
3. All bids must be made honestly and with the intention to purchase.
4. How the Auction Works
1. Each auction post concerns one specific item (e.g. arcade machine, pinball, boxer, redemption game, etc.).
2. Bidding takes place in the comments section below the auction post by entering your offer amount in EUR.
3. The minimum bid increment is 50 EUR, unless otherwise stated in the post.
4. Each auction runs until the closing date and time specified in the post.
5. The winner is the participant who places the highest valid bid before the auction closes.
6. Edited comments after the auction ends will not be accepted.
5. After the Auction
1. Once the auction ends, the Organizer will announce the winner in a comment and contact them via private message.
2. Payment is made by bank transfer or cash upon collection.
3. Shipment or pickup is arranged after the payment has been received.
4. All prices are net (excluding VAT) unless otherwise stated.
5. If the winner does not make contact or payment within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the sale and offer the item to the next highest bidder.
6. Collection and Shipping
1. Items can be collected in person or shipped at the buyer’s expense.
2. The Organizer can assist in arranging transport across Poland and Europe.
7. Product Condition and Claims
1. All auction items are described and photographed accurately.
2. Used machines may show normal signs of wear.
3. The Organizer is not responsible for minor visual differences caused by lighting, photo quality, or monitor settings.
4. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the item.
8. Final Provisions
1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, extend, or modify the auction without prior notice.
2. The Organizer may refuse participation to individuals who previously failed to complete purchases.
3. Any matters not covered by this document are governed by Polish law.
4. Participation in the auction constitutes full acceptance of these rules.
