We combine technology, design and implementation experience to create solutions tailored to real business needs. Znamy kilka sprawdzonych przepisów na budowanie tożsamości marki. Wszystkie one zawierają te same składniki: kreatywność + najnowsze technologie + wyróżniająca się jakość. Naszym atutem są „nowe media” (strony internetowe, aplikacje mobilne, social media itd.). Jednak rozumiemy i stosuj

emy też tradycyjne formy komunikacji. Zawsze z pełnym zaangażowaniem - w każdy projekt. We know several, tested, recipes for building a brand’s IDentity. They always contain the same components: creativity + latest technologies + edge quality. Our strength is the "new media" (websites, mobile and web applications, social media, etc.). At the same time we do understand and use traditional forms of communication. Always with care, involvement and competence.

Beautiful interfaces are easy.

Designing interfaces that handle hundreds of fields, complex business logic, advanced workflows and thousands of records is where the real challenge begins.

At STETTINER, we particularly enjoy working on complex UX/UI projects for back-office systems, administration panels, CRM, ERP and fintech platforms - where usability directly impacts productivity, efficiency and business results.

This year alone, we have delivered two major UX/UI projects for the fintech sector:
🇩🇪 one for the German market,
🇺🇸 one for a US-based client.

What makes these projects challenging is not the visual layer.

It’s understanding how people work, how information flows through an organization and how to transform complexity into clarity.

And this is where AI has become a game changer.

Today, we leverage AI throughout the entire design process:
➡️ target audience analysis and user research,
➡️ validation of business assumptions,
➡️ information architecture and workflow optimization,
➡️ naming, content structure and microcopy,
➡️ interface personalization,
➡️ adaptive layouts that dynamically adjust to user needs, context and behavior.

We don’t use AI to replace designers.
We use it to help designers make better decisions, faster!

The result is software that is easier to understand, faster to use and more aligned with real business processes.

Because great UX is not about making things look beautiful.
It’s about making complex things feel simple.

A very successful US business mission has come to an end. 🇺🇸
It is difficult to summarize this trip briefly, because its value had many dimensions.
During AI & Big Data Expo North America in San Jose, we gained valuable insights directly from Silicon Valley. The market is clearly maturing: less hype, more focus on real business value, security, governance, implementation costs, and sustainable AI architecture.
We also started several promising conversations - including one with a US market leader in maintenance applications for manufacturing plants. Their platform may be an excellent match for our camera-guided AI copilot, designed to support employees during maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational procedures.
Another important part of the trip was meeting people from Silicon Valley and discussing export opportunities, partnerships, and the realities of entering the US market.
We also had the opportunity to pitch STETTINER.ai in front of US-based experts and jurors. A very direct, fast, business-focused format and a valuable experience.
Equally important was the integration with the other companies participating in the mission: Mentor audiovisual systems IamIP u11d SnapClick OLSOM West Pomeranian ICT Cluster Grupa.IT. As usual, some of the best conversations happened outside the official agenda. And they are already pointing towards two potential commercial projects. Those talks and shared experiences will stay with me for a long time.
California itself was also a great lesson in innovation. In Silicon Valley, technology is not only discussed during conferences - you can experience it every day. A ride with Waymo is probably the best example. It is a pity that it is not available in Poland yet.
Last but not least, I would like to thank Marshal Olgierd Geblewicz for joining the mission and for the opportunity to discuss the needs and opportunities of West Pomeranian technology companies directly.
Szymon, Jacek — you organized the entire mission brilliantly. We felt very well taken care of throughout the whole trip. Thank you Centrum Inicjatyw Gospodarczych. 🙏

We are coming back with new knowledge, new contacts, fresh energy, and several concrete next steps.

P.S. California is beautiful. Even if technology is not your thing, it is definitely worth a visit. New York City is not too bad either. ;)

Day 2 at AI & Big Data Expo North America delivered fewer strong sessions, but even more valuable insights.

The first panel about GenAI in software development was especially strong.

One sentence stayed with me:
“We (human beings) are the shield for governance failure.”

That perfectly summarized the discussion.

A few key takeaways:
- In the US, some teams already generate ~80% of software with AI assistance.
- AI-native prototyping is becoming insanely fast.
- Small teams suddenly have leverage that previously required large organizations.
- Custom software may gain advantage again over generic SaaS solutions.
- But production-grade software is still a completely different game.

Everyone agreed on one thing: AI accelerates coding, but it does not magically remove architecture, responsibility, governance, security, deployment complexity, or business accountability.

And perhaps the most interesting part:
coding teams use AI, testers use AI, reviewers use AI… so who verifies the entire chain?

Security and governance still need deterministic human oversight.

The panelists compared the future developer role a bit to George Jetson pushing the big red button in the old cartoon:
automation everywhere — but when something goes wrong, a human is still accountable.

Maybe “developers” disappear.
But “programmers” - especially talented ones - may become even more important.

Another session focused on EVs, autonomous mobility, and how cities are being reshaped around AI-driven transportation systems.

The speaker argued that mobility is becoming the operating system of the modern city: traffic optimization, predictive maintenance, public transport orchestration, energy efficiency, accessibility, and even city competitiveness.

What was interesting is that the biggest barriers are no longer technical.

They are institutional:
- fragmented leadership,
- slow procurement,
- public trust,
- regulation,
- infrastructure gaps.

Cities are no longer competing only for residents. They are competing for mobility leadership.

Shenzhen, Singapore, Oslo, Waymo in Phoenix - all presented as examples of cities or ecosystems already operating at a different speed.

And finally… humanoid robots.

Today they still feel a bit like a trade-show attraction.
Tomorrow? Factory workers, logistics operators, ship crews, home assistants.

The “dual-use” implications are impossible to ignore.
Before humanoids ever become battlefield systems, they may first become incredibly efficient industrial or naval operators: they do not eat, sleep, or get tired.

We are clearly entering the phase where AI is no longer just software.
It is becoming physical infrastructure.

And after two days here, one thing feels obvious: the future advantage will not come simply from access to AI.

It will come from organizations that redesign themselves around it faster than everyone else.

Day 1 at the AI & Big Data Expo North America in California is behind us — and one thing is becoming very clear:
We are entering the next phase of AI.
Less hype. More economics. More architecture. More real-world deployment challenges.

Many talks today focused not on “wow demos”, but on what actually happens when you try to scale AI inside enterprise environments with thousands of users, large context windows, agent workflows and production-grade reliability.

One of the strongest takeaways:
AI itself is no longer the competitive advantage.

The advantage will come from:
- how organizations redesign work,
- how they orchestrate models,
- how they control inference costs,
- and how intelligently they route tasks between different AI systems.

A particularly interesting topic was the idea of: “Architect the harness, not the agent.”

In practice:
- cheap models for simple tasks,
- stronger models only when needed,
- quality gates,
- fallback layers,
- evaluation pipelines,
- token cost visibility,
- multi-model orchestration.

Very pragmatic. Very enterprise-oriented. And honestly — very aligned with where the market is heading.

Another recurring theme:
the era of heavily subsidized AI may be slowly ending.

Several speakers openly discussed:
- exploding inference costs,
- AI bills growing faster than expected,
- and the need for “cost-aware AI architecture”.

That was refreshing to hear, because it moves the conversation from marketing slogans to actual business reality.

At STETTINER, we find today’s discussions especially valuable.
The market is clearly maturing — and companies now need not only AI features, but sustainable AI systems.

Looking forward to Day 2. 🚀

Another project we’ve been developing and evolving for years.

The Explore Szczecin and Explore Oder mobile apps are designed to help visitors discover the city — from key attractions and routes to local insights and experiences.

We’ve been continuously updating and expanding these applications, and they keep enjoying strong popularity among tourists from Poland, Germany and many other countries visiting our beautiful city.

Mobile apps have been our specialty for over 14 years — since STETTINER was founded — and we truly love working on projects that are so closely connected to our hometown.

A big thank you to Żegluga Szczecińska Turystyka Wydarzenia for the long-term cooperation 🙌

2025 recap - episode #5

What if your car manual could see what you see?
At STETTINER we are collaborating on an AR onboarding & troubleshooting application for one of Europe’s major automotive groups, developed together with Consileon Polska and Consileon Business Consultancy GmbH.

The idea is simple: instead of browsing hundreds of pages of a manual, you just use the mobile app / module.

App includes 2 paths: onboarding and troubleshooting.

This project combines:
• AI-based object recognition
• Augmented Reality interfaces
• conversational AI
• deep integration with digital vehicle documentation

Works in progress 😊
