20.01, w warszawskiej siedzibie EITT, odbył się pokaz symulacji RAVEN 13, które miałem przyjemność poprowadzić Bartłomiej Madej
Uczestnikami byli przedstawiciele firm z branży IT, świadczące usługi doradcze, audytorskie, budujące rozwiązania technologiczne, teleinformatyczne i gamingowe.
Symulacja zapewniła naukę poprzez doświadczanie, ale również doskonałą zabawę i wymianę spostrzeżeń. Uczestnicy „przenieśli się” na podwodną stację, na której stworzyli świetnie funkcjonujący zespół ratujący ludzkość. Scenariusz i sposób prowadzenia symulacji spowodował 100% zaangażowanie uczestników od samego jej początku - emocje sięgały zenitu. :-)
W podsumowaniu spotkania uczestnicy zwrócili uwagę na to, jak symulacje biznesowe mogą być przydatnym narzędziem do rozwoju kompetencji miękkich członków zespołów projektowych, w tym m.in. komunikacji, współpracy, budowania zaufania, reagowaniu na zmianę, teambuilding, asertywności i wielu innych wspierających efektywną pracę projektową.
Bazując na doświadczeniach z warsztatów i opiniach uczestników, możemy powiedzieć, że symulacje zdecydowanie są dla tych zespołów, które chcą zwiększyć swoją efektywność, motywację i współodpowiedzialność za powodzenie projektu.

On January 20th, at the headquarters in Warsaw, a demonstration of the RAVEN 13 simulation took place which I had a great plaesure to lead.
The participants were representatives of companies from the IT industry, providing consulting and auditing services, building technological, ICT and gaming solutions.
The simulation provided learning through experience and also great fun and exchange of observations. Participants played the role of rescuers at an underwater research station, where they created a well-functioning team to save humanity. The scenario and the way of conducting the simulation resulted in 100% involvement of the participants from the very beginning - emotions went through the roof. :-)
In the summary of the simulation, the participants pointed out how business simulations can be a useful tool for the development of soft skills of project team members, including e.g. communication, cooperation, building trust, reacting to change, teambuilding, assertiveness and many others supporting effective project work.
Based on the experience from the workshops and the opinions of the participants, we are convinced that simulations are definitely for those teams that want to increase their efficiency, motivation and responsibility for the success of the project.
