Join the PATHFOOD Online Hackathon, hosted by the University of Warsaw, and work with an international team on challenges related to different aspects of functional food.
Functional food needs science, creativity and teamwork.
This November, join the PATHFOOD Hackathon hosted by the University of Warsaw and take part in an international challenge focused on functional food.
The hackathon will take place on 23–24 November in a fully online format. Participants will work on different aspects of functional food, from research and production to communication, consumer needs and sustainable food solutions.
You can also suggest the aspect of functional food you would like to work on.
After the opening session and presentation of the challenge, teams will have 48 hours to prepare and submit their work. The format is flexible: participants decide how and when to work during this time.
Expert mentors will support the teams throughout the process, helping them combine scientific knowledge, creativity and practical thinking to develop ideas with real-world potential.
The hackathon is open to students, researchers, early-career professionals and anyone interested in functional food, science, innovation and sustainable food solutions.
All participants will receive a certificate confirming their participation in the PATHFOOD project hackathon, and the best teams will receive prizes.
