It鈥檚 hard to list all of them but based on my 8 years of experience, my top 5 are:

1. Emotional intelligence

2. Facilitation

3. Decison-making under uncertainty

4. Radical accountability

5. Resilence & Agility

The framework I use:
1. I fall in love with the first idea
2. Try to detached from this feeling
3. Make it, so I can show to the people and test if people like it
4a. If it works, I fall in love with it
4b. It it doesn鈥檛 work, it鈥檚 easier to say goodbye to that idea because I haven鈥檛 felt too attached to it.
