🇺🇸 [ENG] You’re looking at one of the largest and most important energy investments in Poland.
We’re proud to add our own brick — or rather, our weld — to this strategic project.

▪️ Our role? High-level welding and assembly works.
▪️ Scale: Around 700 joints, covering the full diameter range from DN15 to DN300.
▪️ The challenge: This is not standard welding. Quality requirements are uncompromising — 100% of the joints are radiographically tested (X-ray).
▪️ Do we feel pressure? No. We feel responsibility. When you work with a team of professionals you truly trust, even X-raying every single weld is simply a formality that confirms quality.

🇵🇱 [PL] Widzicie jedną z największych i najważniejszych inwestycji energetycznych w Polsce. Jesteśmy dumni, że dokładamy naszą cegiełkę (a raczej spoinę!) do tego strategicznego projektu.

▪️Nasze zadanie? Prace spawalniczo-monterskie na najwyższym poziomie.
▪️Skala: Realizujemy około 700 styków w pełnym zakresie średnic – od DN15 do DN300.
▪️Wyzwanie: To nie jest zwykłe spawanie. Tutaj wymogi jakościowe są bezkompromisowe – 100% styków przechodzi badania radiograficzne (Rentgen).
▪️Czy czujemy presję? Nie. Czujemy odpowiedzialność. Kiedy masz zespół fachowców, których umiejętności jesteś pewien, nawet badanie rentgenowskie każdej spoiny to tylko formalność potwierdzająca jakość.

We start a new chapter in our own space 🎉

▪It wasn’t a sprint. It was a marathon. Over the past few years at «Hire Me», we’ve been operating at full speed. It was demanding, intense, and at times exhausting. But behind every completed project, there was one quiet, long-term goal.

▪We wanted to create a place that would be 100% ours — not only in a legal sense, but mentally as well.

▪At the end of 2025, that goal became a reality. «Hire Me» is moving into its own, permanent space. A milestone that proves consistency and hard work truly pay off.

▪In the next posts, we’ll take you behind the scenes of this change — from raw walls, through the chaos of renovation, to the moment we place our first cup of coffee on the new desk.

After 3 years, our chapter at Chałubińskiego 8 comes to an end. HMTeam is relocating🎉

This office has been the place of many good decisions, successes, everyday work, and important conversations. We leave behind many memories for which we are truly grateful.

In this post, we’re sharing a few warm moments from this place, which has been part of our daily routine over the past years.

Over time, however, we outgrew this space.
80 m² is no longer enough — we have many new ideas and need a larger space to fully bring them to life.

That’s why we’re changing locations and moving in a new direction of growth.
Our office at Chałubińskiego 8 is now closed.

This form allows you to report your need for a new set of work clothes in the event that your current ones are damaged or worn out. Here's how it works👇🏼
1️⃣Contact Hire Me Coordinator
If you find yourself in need of a new set of work clothes, get in touch with Hire Me Coordinator at the 666 666 842
2️⃣Fill out the Application Form
Our Coordinator will send you an form to fill out. This form will help us gather all the necessary information to prepare your new set of work clothes.
3️⃣Immediate Action
Our Coordinator will reach out to you on the same day to confirm the details of your request.
4️⃣Preparing the New Set
Once the need for new work clothes is confirmed, our Coordinator will immediately start preparing the new set tailored to your requirements.
5️⃣Clothes Sent to Your Project
As soon as the new work clothes are ready, they will be sent directly to your project location, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
