📌 Stamp in your passport ≠ TRC card in hand.

A stamp confirms that your TRC application is under consideration and your stay in Poland is legal while you wait. But it’s not a residence permit.

✈️ Travel: the stamp alone does not guarantee you can re-enter Poland. A valid TRC card generally allows you to return with a valid passport.

💼 Work: some employers may require the stamp as proof that your residence case is pending.

🚗 Driving licence: the stamp may also be needed when exchanging a foreign driving licence.

A TRC card = positive decision + confirmed residence status.
