Dears!
Being agile and as spoke to many of you that could not join us physically, we decided to move the first Leadership Festival Insight to the virtual space! Very excited thus we have seen so much of new tools in making virtual meetings successful, we would love to try it out together!

We keep the dates and would like to offer 3 spaces in a raw - 24-25-26 of September from 7.00 till 9.30 PM each day.
The price is also changed to 69 euros

Today at 7.30 am, Angelika Chrapkiewicz-Gądek has reached Mnich - a peak of 2068 m high in Tatra Mountains! It was one of the biggest challanges of her life - she says - exhausted but fulfilled! More to share soon!

Jarek Bieniecki

CEO & Founder of Runmageddon, the biggest amateur sports organization in Poland and the most extreme obstacle race series in Europe. He gave up the position of European Operations Director to launch Runmageddon. Earlier, he worked as Consultant in McKinsey and as Strategy or Sales Director in Telco & Energy corporations. He wrote a book on participants’ mental transformations due to overcoming extreme challenges during Runmageddon.

SPEAKER PROFILE

Michał Misztal graduated from Department of Sociology at Warsaw University of Life Sciences. His adventure with business started during the studies when he joined the Academic Business Incubators. Soon he became a manager of two departments located at Łazarski University and Warsaw Agricultural University. His work is focused on helping young entrepreneurs to grow their businesses by running courses and conducting coaching sessions. During the past 10 years, he helped more than 500 startups to incubate and develop their business models. To help them with this difficult task he created several educational programs, in which over 400 students participated. He spent hundreds of hours advising startups, conducting workshops or speaking at conferences. For the past 2 years, he was given a task to support the Mazovian region, as a Managing Partner of the biggest network of startups in Europe. Currently, he works as a Growth Director in BusinessLink, developing 3 accelerators located in Warsaw. He is also a lecturer at Łazarski University.
