Legalization in Poland
.. and obtaining a Temporary Residence Permit is more relevant than ever now. Each voivodeship has its own rules and process. Today we will tell you about the Mazowieckie Voivodship, what the inPOL portal is, and what can be done with it.

The inPOL Portal is created for Foreigners to be informed about their TRC cases (https://inpol.mazowieckie.pl/) and, thanks to which:

▪️ you will make an appointment at the office to submit documents and provide fingerprints;
▪️ you complete the application correctly and completely;
▪️ you will attach documents relevant to your case;
▪️ you can check the status of your case at any time and from anywhere.

After setting up an account with inPOL, you will gain access to the archive of documents that have been collected in your case, including those that the Office (Urząd) sent to you in the course of the proceedings.

👉If you provided your e-mail address and telephone number during account registration, you will be informed about it via SMS and e-mail each time the Office (Urząd) sends you a summons.

The Foreigner Portal inPOL is co-financed from projects No. 13/7-2017/OG-FAMI entitled "A foreigner in the spotlight" and no. 7/10-2019/OG-FAMI entitled "Mazowieckie for Third Country Citizens" under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and the state budget.

Are real estate investments in Poland attractive?

🔸The real estate market in Poland has been of great interest to investors and individuals for years. Real estate investments in Poland provide good yields compared to other European countries. In addition, many people consider Poland to be a good place to live, especially given its attractive location in Central Europe, growing economy, stable labor market, and lower cost of living than in other Western EU countries.

🔸Investing in a stable economy with numerous business opportunities is a wise decision, and Poland ticks all the right boxes. Poland has been economically outperforming many other European countries in recent years, with private consumption accounting for 57.8% of its Nominal GDP (as of September 2022).

🔸Additionally, the country has an English-proficient and skilled labor force, coupled with a relatively low average salary of workers. This cost advantage provides an opportunity for companies to lower their expenses and expand their operations. With a growing highway and motorway network, businesses can transport goods across Poland and other European countries, like neighboring Germany.

So, real estate investments and investing in general in Poland are attractive for investors, companies, and individuals.

❗️On the other hand, buying a property in Poland involves many formalities, and requires knowledge of many legal regulations and the local market.

👍That is why our Company is here for you to help and provide you with competent information from our professionals.

Which regions have the highest salaries in Poland 🧐

The Polish Central Statistical Office has released information on the level of wages in different cities of the country (the agency analyzed companies with more than 9 employees).

The top 3 cities are Kraków, Gdańsk, and Warsaw. The capital of Poland was not the city with the highest level of remuneration for work.

🔸So, in Kraków (March 2023) the average monthly salary was: 10 051 PLN (which is 13% higher than in March 2022).
🔸In Gdańsk - 9 645 PLN (17% more than a year earlier).
🔸In Warsaw – 9 490 PLN.

🔸Katowice, Poznan, and Wrocław are next in the ranking. In 2022, the average salary after all deductions is 7 500 PLN per month. In other large cities, the salary level is lower.

🔸Białystok earns the least among large cities in Poland: 5 900 PLN gross.

If we analyze by region, the leader is the Mazovian Voivodeship. It is followed by Lower Silesia and Lesser Poland. Residents of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship earn the least.

It should be added that the minimum wage from 2023 will be 2709 PLN after the deduction of contributions and taxes. From June 1, the amount will increase to 2 784 PLN.

What city do you like the most, tell us in the comment below👇😀

Reasons to open a Business in Poland

🔸Poland is one of the most attractive options for entrepreneurs. It ranks in the Top 10 of investment projects in the Central and Eastern European Countries. Thanks to its business-friendly environment and FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) policies, 18,483 (2022) jobs have been created.

🔸Poland is now among the fastest-growing economies in the European Union (EU). With a strong domestic market, low private debt, and a low unemployment rate, there has never been a better time to set up a business in Poland.

🔸Having a Company in Poland also has access to a range of attractive tax incentives and grants. Companies can get investment help depending on their size, region in which it will be based, and other costs that they will incur (land costs, machinery costs, and leasing costs).

🔸By not becoming dependent on a single export sector, Poland was the only European economy to avoid recession in 2008.

🔸Today many entrepreneurs look to set up a company in Poland due to the numerous business opportunities in the country. Poland is in the Top 5 in the EU for the number of manufacturers producing goods making it a hotbed for outsourcing manufacturing. Products can be produced in Poland at a much lower price than in most other European countries. For example, there are 105,664 manufacturing companies in the country.

🔸At the center of Europe, Poland is situated in a strategic geographic location, bordering Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Lithuania. Poland also has four major ports on the Baltic Sea for importing and exporting goods.

Dear followers!

Today we would like to share with you common myth about EU migration.

The research of the World Economic Forum explored what impact the type of welfare state has on public expenditure and revenue connected to EU migration. They defined five different types of welfare states, or regimes, covering 29 countries within the EU and the European Economic Area.

✅The “basic security” regime: Ireland, Malta and the UK
✅The “continental corporatist” regime: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands and Switzerland
✅The “Mediterranean corporatist” regime: Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain
✅The “state insurance” regime: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia
✅The “universal” regime: seen in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden

These different types of welfare regimes are characterised by varying levels of generosity, eligibility criteria, health and childcare services and different funding principles. In the “basic security” regime, for example, benefits are often means-tested and family benefits are modest, with limited public support for childcare. In the “continental corporatist regime”, meanwhile, benefits vary across occupational sectors and child and elderly care are typically provided by the family. The “universal” regime is characterised by rather generous social insurance linked to earnings and families are supported both through cash benefits and public childcare.
