Safety is often treated like a compliance topic.

But in real companies, safety is a business decision.

Meet Anna Krajewska-Bijata, one of our tutors at Journey with C.A.R.E. 👋

Anna is a seasoned HSE Manager with over 20 years of experience across aviation, chemical, and FMCG industries. She has implemented Safety Management Systems across Europe, Central Asia, and Angola, often in environments where culture and ways of working differ significantly.

And here is the reality.
If you cannot connect safety to cost, risk, and operational performance, it is hard to secure support from senior management.

That is why Anna teaches safety in a language leaders understand.
Not only what to do, but how to explain why it matters.

This year, Anna represented us at the IV Polish German Entrepreneurs Talks in Essen. She focused on building bridges between the Polish and German market in three key areas: operational safety, compliance, and EHS support in industry.

Last year, she joined hasztag Summit as a speaker in a panel on the future of safety, including AI, automation, and technology in HSE. 🤖
