Turnaround has existed since 1999 when its founder, Marek Różycki embarked on a major restructuring exercise on behalf of a national Postal Operator. Since then, the business has gained experience in all aspects of CEP in various European markets. Our experts have joint experience of over 100 years in e-commerce last mile and courier express & parcel (CEP). We have access to specialists with real

”hands on” knowledge and a broad spectrum of expertise. We are continually expanding our specialist capabilities and expertise into a European network supporting our Polish team. These specialists help us gain industry best practice in even the most focused issues. In addition, we have relationships with many key suppliers of hardware and software for optimising sortation, middle and last mile courier and parcel logistics. We actively strive to support CEP operators in optimising their networks and providing a truly customer centric service. Also, we seek to help e-commerce players and other key stakeholders to understand how important the “Last Mile” is in any click to deliver process and how best to co-operate with suppliers for mutual, and above all, customer benefit.
