Last week, we had the pleasure of visiting Bydgoszcz, where we connected with potential future candidates for our company. The meetings were inspiring and rewarding, filled with great conversations and fresh perspectives.✈️

🔧 On Thursday, we met with local mechanics, spending the evening exchanging insights and discussing opportunities for growth and collaboration. It was great to see some familiar faces!

🎓On Friday, we visited Zespół Szkół Mechanicznych nr 1, where we engaged with students and recent graduates from mechanical programs — including aircraft mechanics and avionics. A big thank you to the school’s management for the warm welcome and the opportunity to connect — we look forward to building on this relationship and developing future initiatives together.

✈️ Great time at Akademickie Targi Pracy Wrocław at Wrocław University of Science and Technology!

On 10 March, our team had the pleasure of participating in Akademickie Targi Pracy at Politechnika Wrocławska. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet and talk with many talented students about career opportunities in aviation and how to take the first step into the industry with us.

We had many inspiring conversations about engineering, technology, and what it’s like to start a career in aviation. Events like this are always a great reminder of how much passion and curiosity the next generation of engineers brings.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand to chat with us. We truly enjoyed the discussions and the chance to build new connections.

Who knows — maybe some of those conversations will soon turn into future colleagues working with us in our hangars. We’re looking forward to it!
