2020 Thank You ! ! ! ! ! !

Thank you for pushing us to the limits, adversity brings out the best of us. We got ICON on the books, just ahead of the lockdown. By far this has been our best year real estate, with many deals on the pipeline. To all our friends and colleagues that have supported us from the beginning, thank you. Our company is growing and will roll out in 2021 as The Colectivo Group.

Looking forward for bigger and better things, Hotel and Manufacturing projects as well as a bigger footprint in the Luxury Real Estate market. Of course, my pet project ICON.

Puerto Rico ICON Investment Globalization Transformation

Who would have thought that ICON would be one of the last live investment events for 2020. Putting together a high profile conference is always a great challenge, but dealing with a series of earthquakes that rocked the south region of Puerto Rico in previous months just made it more complex.

Having dealt with that hurdle, a couple of weeks went by and COVID pretty much shutdown world economies. As we are all hoping that science catches up with the virus, we must keep the momentum and promote Puerto Rico as a premiere destination to do business. The channels to deliver
that message might have change a bit, but the task and opportunities remain.
