For the past twelve years we have supported over 600 direct and 15,000 indirect local businesses, multinational and manufacturers, increasing their sales thru innovation and development of products to unattended market niches. Astrid has experience working for multinational companies it adds up to 24 years of successful outcomes. She has contributed with consulting and coaching on issues such as: impact strategies to increase sales, innovation as a tool for growth inside and outside Puerto Rico, development of service culture, export, import, product development in Central and South America, development and implementation of corporate strategies with performance in sales, transforming the Hispanic manufacturing industry, incorporating strategic differentiation, effective marketing, impact development for media campaigns and development of products for the Puerto Rican, Hispanic and the United States markets. Astrid has the privilege of being the main resource of the Export Tech and Export Partner program directed by the Puerto Rico Trade and Export Company and PRiMEX. Thru this program, I have supported business women thru the exportation process of their manufactured products. As a resource, I have developed tridimensional strategy highlights for products and services achieving growth and increasing sales. AstridPicBizAstrid developed the program: “Adopta a un MicroEmpresario” (Adopt a MicroBusiness Program) with 80 participants for a period of 9 months. This program aimed to support micro-businesses thru innovation. It involved local well-known enterprises, recognized business colleagues and coaches, serving as mentors to their adopted micro-business. At the end of the program 25 participants were able to start their business without financial aid. I have also served as a business motivator by sowing the seed of entrepreneurship and empowerment for the development of successful businesses to young and adult individuals. As an expert, Astrid have collaborated in legal cases, and as a transformational coach, I have developed leaders and teams focused on results. And I have given Coachsulting to business women and entrepreneurs. I have actively participated in television programs in Puerto Rico, Latin America and the United States and my articles have been featured in Puerto Rico local media. Astrid was a moderator for the television program PR Business, had a news segment named “Estirando el Dólar” (“Streching Your Dollar”) in Telenoticias Puerto Rico at Telemundo Puerto Rico, a segment named, “Negocio Redondo” (“Round Business”) at the radio station Health 1520AM and “Innovando Negocios, Innovando vidas” (“Innovating Businesses, Innovating Lives”) at online radio show OlorFragante. I was also a contributor to the show “Levántate Hispano” (Wake-up Hispanic) supporting the development of businesses. And I participated as a resource for the development of new entrepreneurs in the program “I to you” from Sam’s Club Puerto Rico. As her professional background, Astrid has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, she is also Certified Coach from the University of Puerto Rico, has a Certification in International Trade and a Certification in Innovation Engineering from the Innovation Engineering Leadership Institute of the University of Maine.
