MedChem Engineering Services LLC is looking for a Validation Engineer to support leading companies in the medical device industry.What You’ll Do
Execute validations (IQ/OQ/PQ, FAT/SAT, CSV, cleaning, packaging, utilities).
Prepare validation plans, reports, SOPs, and change controls.
Perform data analysis and sampling plans.
Troubleshoot equipment/processes and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, GMP, OSHA, EPA standards.
What We’re Looking For
BS in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Biomedical).
5+ years in medical devices (with strong validation experience).
Knowledge of packaging systems, validations, and regulatory compliance.
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
