🕊️ القيادة الحقيقية تبدأ من البيت 🕊️
قبل أن يفكّر أي إنسان في قيادة مدينته أو خدمة شعبه، عليه أولًا أن يكون قائدًا أمينًا في بيته. فالقيادة الحقيقية لا تبدأ من الكرسي أو المنصب، بل من القلب ومن داخل جدران المنزل.
كيف يمكن لإنسان أن يدّعي أنه قادر على قيادة مدينة بعدلٍ ومحبة، وهو لا يستطيع أن يقود أسرته بروح المسؤولية والرحمة؟ وكيف يخدم الناس بإخلاص، وهو يظلم أقرب الناس إليه ويسرق ميراث إخوته أو أفراد عائلته؟
إنّ البيت هو المدرسة الأولى للقيادة، وفيه تُختبر الأمانة، والعدل، والتواضع. من لا يعرف أن يسود بيته بالحبّ والحقّ، لن يعرف أن يسود مدينته بالعدل والسلام. كما يقول الكتاب المقدّس:
«إِنْ كَانَ أَحَدٌ لاَ يَعْرِفُ أَنْ يُدَبِّرَ بَيْتَهُ، فَكَيْفَ يَعْتَنِي بِكَنِيسَةِ اللهِ؟» (تيموثاوس الأولى ٣: ٥)
لذلك، قبل أن يطلب الإنسان قيادة الآخرين، فليُصلح أولاً قلبه وبيته، وليكن أمينًا على ما أوكله الله إليه في حياته الخاصة، لأن من لم يكن أمينًا في القليل، لن يُؤتَمن على الكثير.
فالقيادة الحقيقية تبدأ من داخل البيت، ومن يقود بيته بمحبةٍ وحقّ، هو وحده يستحق أن يقود مدينته بشرفٍ ونزاهة. ✨
🕊️ True Leadership Begins at Home 🕊️
Before anyone thinks of leading their city or serving their people, they must first be a faithful leader within their own home. True leadership does not begin with a title or a position—it begins in the heart and within the walls of one’s household.
How can a person claim to lead a city with justice and love if they cannot lead their own family with responsibility and compassion? And how can someone serve others with sincerity while wronging those closest to them and stealing the inheritance of their own brothers or relatives?
The home is the first school of leadership—it is where integrity, justice, and humility are tested. Whoever cannot rule his home with love and truth will never rule his city with justice and peace. As the Holy Scripture says:
“If anyone does not know how to manage his own household, how can he take care of God’s Church?” (1 Timothy 3:5)
Therefore, before seeking to lead others, one must first set his heart and home in order, and be faithful in what God has entrusted to him in his private life—for whoever is not faithful in little things will not be trusted with greater ones.
True leadership begins at home, and the one who leads his household with love and integrity is the only one worthy of leading his city with honor and righteousness. ✨
