النفسُ تبكي على الدنيا وقد علمت

أن السعادة فيها ترك ما فيها

لا دارٌ للمرءِ بعد الموت يسكُنهـا

إلا التي كانَ قبل الموتِ بانيها

فإن بناها بخير طاب مسكنُـه

وإن بناها بشر خاب بانيها

أموالنا لذوي الميراث نجمعُها

ودورنا لخراب الدهر نبنيها

أين الملوك التي كانت مسلطــنةً

حتى سقاها بكأس الموت ساقيها

فكم مدائنٍ في الآفاق قـــد بنيت

أمست خرابا وأفنى الموتُ أهليها

لا تركِنَنَّ إلى الدنيا وما فيهـا

فالموت لا شك يُفنينا ويُفنيها

لكل نفس وان كانت على وجــلٍ

من المَنِيَّةِ آمـــالٌ تقويهـــا

المرء يبسطها والدهر يقبضُهــا

والنفس تنشرها والموت يطويها

إنما المكارم أخلاقٌ مطهـرةٌ

الـدين أولها والعقل ثانيها

والعلم ثالثها والحلم رابعهــــا

والجود خامسها والفضل سادسها

والبر سابعها والشكر ثامنها

والصبر تاسعها واللين باقيها

والنفس تعلم أنى لا أصادقها

ولست ارشدُ إلا حين اعصيها

واعمل لدار ٍغداً رضوانُ خازنها

والجــار احمد والرحمن ناشيها

قصورها ذهب والمسك طينتها

والزعفـران حشيشٌ نابتٌ فيها

أنهارها لبنٌ محضٌ ومن عسـل

والخمر يجري رحيقاً في مجاريها

والطيرتجري على الأغصان عاكفةً

تسبـحُ الله جهراً في مغانيها

من يشتري الدار في الفردوس يعمرها

بركعةٍ في ظــلام الليـل يحييها

🤲 اللهم هوِّن، ثم هون، ثم هون، ثم أرح نفوساً لا يعلم بحالها إلا أنت ، ربنا لا تحملنا ما لا طاقة لنا به، وهون علينا ما لا نستطيع تحمله، واجعل لنا من كل ضيق مخرجًا، ومن كل هم فرجًا ، ومن كل بلاء عافية !!

What are the differences between management by objectives - key performance indicators - key output indicators?

When talking about management styles and performance measurement at work, we find terms such as Management by Objectives (MBO), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Results Indicators (KRIs). These terms are of great importance in the business world, so let's get to know them in more detail.

First, Management by Objectives (MBO):

This term was first developed by Peter Drucker in the fifties, and revolves around the principle of clearly defining goals and objectives for employees to achieve. In other words, management sets goals, and employees work to achieve them. The success of this system can be measured by achieving the set goals.
Second, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

A set of measurements that are used to evaluate the performance of an organization, a particular individual, or a particular process. These indicators are determined based on the goals that the organization seeks to achieve. In general, KPIs assess how an organization achieves its strategic and operational goals.

Third, Key Outcome Indicators (KRIs):

These are used to measure the ultimate success of an organization or project. Unlike KPIs, KPIs focus on results rather than performance. They mainly relate to business results and key successes and help verify whether or not the organization has made progress towards achieving its strategic objectives.

To give real-life examples, let's assume that one of the company's goals is to increase sales of a particular product by 20% in the second quarter of the year. In this case, the goal is to increase sales by 20% – this is part of management by objectives. The KPI in this case may be the number of sales made per day, or the number of new customers who were attracted to buy the product. At the end of the quarter, the key results index can be measured by assessing whether or not a company has achieved a 20% increase in sales.

In conclusion, these three tools are essential for any organization looking to achieve its goals and improve its performance. Each works differently, but in reality they are integrated, where goals are first set through management by objectives, then work performance towards achieving these goals is measured through key performance indicators, and finally the organization's success in achieving its goals is measured through key outcome indicators.

While there are different approaches and methodologies, a common framework for project management phases is as follows:

1. Initiation:

This phase involves defining the project's purpose, objectives, and scope. Key activities include identifying stakeholders, conducting a feasibility study, and creating a project charter or initial project plan.

2. Planning:

In this phase, project managers develop a detailed project plan, outlining the tasks, resources, timelines, and budget required for successful project ex*****on. The planning phase may also involve risk assessment and mitigation planning, communication planning, and procurement planning.

3. Ex*****on:

The ex*****on phase is where the project plan is put into action. Project teams are assembled, tasks are assigned, and resources are allocated. Project managers oversee the project's progress, coordinate activities, and manage changes or issues that arise. Regular communication, tracking of deliverables, and monitoring of project metrics are crucial during this phase.

4. Monitoring and Control:

Throughout the project, it is important to monitor and control its progress to ensure it stays on track. This phase involves regular performance tracking, comparing actual progress against planned objectives, and taking corrective actions if deviations occur. Project managers use various tools and techniques to monitor project metrics, manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

5. Closing:

The closing phase marks the completion of the project. It involves wrapping up all project activities, delivering the final product or service to the client or end-users, and conducting a project review or evaluation. Tasks in this phase may include obtaining client acceptance, documenting lessons learned, conducting project team evaluations, and archiving project documents.
