وقّعت شركة مبادرة الشرق الأوسط للاستثمار (MEII) والاتحاد العام للصناعات الفلسطينية (PFI)، مذكرة تفاهم تهدف إلى تقديم جميع خدمات تمويلي والتي تضم "منصة تمويلي"، "مساندة تمويلي" و"أكاديمية تمويلي" لأصحاب وصاحبات المشاريع في فلسطين، وتأتي هذه الشراكة والتعاون المشترك ضمن جهود الطرفين لدعم القطاع الصناعي والاقتصادي، من خلال توفير خدمات منصة تمويلي التي تساعد على ربط المشاريع بفرص التمويل والتأمين مع البنوك، المؤسسات المالية وشركات التأمين. وتقديم خدمات متخصصة تشمل خدمات تطوير الأعمال، والتحليل المالي، والدعم الفني في الأمور المالية والمحاسبية من خلال مساندة تمويلي.
بالإضافة إلى تقديم خدمة أكاديمية تمويلي من خلال تطوير مهارات أصحاب المشاريع من خلال سلسة من الفيديوهات القصيرة وورشات تدريبية لزيادة الوعي المالي والمصرفي لديهم. وكما وتشمل المذكرة توفير برامج تدريب للخريجين والخريجات لزيادة فرص اندماجهم في سوق العمل.
ويأتي هذا التعاون انطلاقاً من أهمية الدور الذي يقوم به الاتحاد العام للصناعات الفلسطينية في تمثيل وتطوير مختلف القطاعات الصناعية الفلسطينية، بما يشمل الصناعات الغذائية، وصناعة الجلود، وغيرها من القطاعات الحيوية التي تشكل ركيزة أساسية للاقتصاد الفلسطيني وتعزيز فرص التشغيل والإنتاج المحلي، وعلى حرص الطرفين على بناء شراكة استراتيجية تصب في مصلحة الجانبين، من خلال توسيع نطاق الخدمات المقدمة للمشاريع الصناعية ورواد الأعمال، وتعزيز وصولهم إلى خدمات التطوير والتمويل والتأمين، بما يساهم في رفع كفاءة المنشآت الصناعية وتحسين قدرتها على النمو والاستدامة.

The Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII) and the Palestinian Federation of Industries (PFI) signed a MOU aimed at providing all Tamweeli services, including the “Tamweeli Platform,” “Tamweeli Assist,” and “Tamweeli Academy” to MSMEs owners and entrepreneurs in Palestine.
This partnership and joint cooperation come as part of both parties’ efforts to support the industrial and economic sector by providing Tamweeli Platform services, which help MSMEs with access to finance and to insurance opportunities through banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies. In addition, specialized services will be offered through Tamweeli Assist, including business development services, financial analysis, and technical support in financial and accounting matters, and it also includes offering Tamweeli Academy services through developing entrepreneurs’ skills via a series of short videos and training workshops aimed at increasing their financial and banking awareness. Furthermore, the MOU includes providing internship programs for graduates to enhance their integration into the labor market.
This collaboration stems from the important role played by the Palestinian Federation of Industries in representing and developing various Palestinian industrial sectors, including food industries, leather industries, and other vital sectors that form a key pillar of the Palestinian economy while enhancing employment opportunities and local production. It also reflects both parties’ commitment to building a strategic partnership that serves the interests of both sides by expanding the range of services provided to industrial enterprises and entrepreneurs, and by enhancing their access to development, financing, and insurance services, ultimately contributing to improving the efficiency, growth, and sustainability of industrial businesses.
