نفخر في F4J Careerz بإطلاق مشروع "خطوة" بالشراكة مع مركز أمنية الشبابي، بهدف تعزيز فرص العمل للشباب الفلسطيني من خلال تطوير مهاراتهم المهنية والتقنية وربطهم بسوق العمل.
يأتي هذا المشروع ضمن جهودنا المستمرة لتمكين الشباب الفلسطيني ورفع جاهزيتهم المهنية عبر تقديم تدريبات متخصصة، وخدمات الإرشاد والتوجيه المهني، وربطهم بفرص تشغيل حقيقية ومستدامة، بما ينسجم مع احتياجات سوق العمل الفعلية.
ونؤمن في F4J Careerz أن الاستثمار في قدرات الشباب هو خطوة أساسية نحو تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية مستدامة، خاصة في ظل التحديات الاقتصادية وارتفاع معدلات البطالة.
إطلاق مشروع “خطوة” لتعزيز فرص العمل للشباب الفلسطيني
لأن المستقبل بيد الشباب، مركز أمنية الشبابي أطلق مشروع "خطوة" لدعم فرص العمل للشباب الفلسطيني، والذي يهدف إلى تعزيز فرص العمل للشباب الفلسطيني من خلال تطوير مهاراتهم المهنية وربطهم بسوق العمل سيتم تنفيذ المشروع بدعم من برنامج F4J Career وبالشراكة مع مركز أمنية الشبابي، من خلال تقديم تدريبات مهنية وتقنية متخصصة تلبي احتياجات سوق العمل، إلى جانب خدمات الإرشاد والتوجيه المهني والتوظيف.
ويهدف المشروع إلى تمكين الشباب من اكتساب المهارات العملية المطلوبة، وتعزيز جاهزيتهم للانخراط في سوق العمل، بما يسهم في خلق فرص تشغيل مستدامة لهم.
وأكد السيد عبد الحافظ حوشية، رئيس مجلس إدارة مركز أمنية الشبابي، أن هذا المشروع يأتي استجابة للتحديات التي يواجهها الشباب الفلسطيني خاصة في منطقة شمال الضفة الغربية، خاصة في ظل ارتفاع معدلات البطالة، مشددًا على أهمية توفير برامج نوعية تدعم اندماج الشباب في سوق العمل.
يذكر أن برنامج توظيف الشباب الفلسطيني ‘F4J Careerz’ هو المرحلة الثانية من برنامج سندات الأثر الإنمائي Development Impact Bond (F4J DIB)، والذي يعمل بآلية تمويل معتمدة على النتائج. ينُفذ البرنامج بمرحلتيه من قبل شركة فاينانس فور جوبز للخدمات الاستشارية، حيث يتم تمويل المرحلة الثانية من قبل صندوق الاستثمار الفلسطيني، وصندوق الاستثمار التشيلي الفلسطيني "بذور الزيتون"، إلى جانب دعم من البنك الدولي وشركاء عالميين.
نتائج التوظيف المستدام التي يتم تحقيقها عن طريق مشروع "التمويل بهدف خلق فرص عمل (F4J)"، والمُنفذ من قبل شركة البدائل التطويرية (DAI Global) لصالح وزارة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي.
يركّز البرنامج على مواءمة التدريب مع احتياجات السوق الفعلية وتقليص فجوة المهارات، بما يعزز فرص الشباب في الحصول على وظائف مستقرة.
مشروع "خطوة" هو إحدى المبادرات المنبثقة عن هذا البرنامج، ويهدف إلى تمكين الشباب عبر التدريب المتخصص، والإرشاد المهني، وربطهم بفرص عمل حقيقية.
هذه الشراكة تمثل نموذجًا جديدًا ومبتكرًا لمواجهة البطالة، وتسعى إلى خلق فرص تشغيل مستدامة والمساهمة في تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية أفضل.
Launch of the “Khutwa” Project to Enhance Employment Opportunities for Palestinian Youth
Because the future is in the hands of youth, Omniah Youth Center has launched the “Khutwa” Project to support employment opportunities for Palestinian youth. The project aims to enhance youth employment prospects by developing their professional skills and connecting them to the labor market.
The project will be implemented with the support of the F4J Careerz Program and in partnership with Omniah Youth Center, through the provision of specialized vocational and technical training that responds to labor market needs, in addition to career guidance, counseling, and employment services.
The project seeks to empower young people by helping them acquire the practical skills required by employers and enhancing their readiness to enter the labor market, thereby contributing to the creation of sustainable employment opportunities.
Mr. Abdel Hafez Houshiya, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Omniah Youth Center, emphasized that this project comes in response to the major challenges facing Palestinian youth, particularly in the northern West Bank, especially in light of rising unemployment rates. He stressed the importance of providing high-quality programs that support youth integration into the labor market.
It is worth noting that the Palestinian Youth Employment Program “F4J Careerz” is the second phase of the Development Impact Bond (F4J DIB) Program, which operates through a results-based financing mechanism. Both phases of the program are implemented by Finance for Jobs Consulting Services.
The second phase is funded by the Palestine Investment Fund, the Chilean Palestinian Investment Fund “Zaytouna Seeds,” with additional support from the World Bank and global partners.
The sustainable employment outcomes achieved through the “Finance for Jobs (F4J)” Project are implemented by DAI Global on behalf of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation.
The program focuses on aligning training with actual market needs and reducing the skills gap, thereby improving youth access to stable employment opportunities.
The “Khutwa” Project is one of the initiatives emerging from this program, aiming to empower youth through specialized training, career guidance, and direct linkage to real job opportunities.
This partnership represents a new and innovative model for addressing unemployment, creating sustainable job opportunities, and contributing to better economic and social development.
