إن *تكنوبارك فلسطين*، الذي تأسس بدعم سخي من الحكومة الهندية، يمثل على مدار عقد من الزمن الحاضنة الوطنية الأبرز ومنصة رئيسية تجمع المبتكرين ورواد الأعمال والباحثين وصنّاع السياسات. وتأتي هذه الزيارة رفيعة المستوى تأكيدًا على هذا الدور الحيوي وترسيخًا لمكانة الحديقة التكنولوجية كمركز للريادة والابتكار والبحث العلمي، لفتح آفاق جديدة لتبادل المعرفة واستكشاف مسارات للتنمية القائمة على التكنولوجيا.

لقطات من اختتمنا هاكاثون Urban Up بعد يومين من العمل المكثّف مع الشركات الناشئة المختارة، بهدف تطوير حلول عملية للتحديات الحضرية والبلدية، وتعزيز جاهزية الفرق للانتقال من الفكرة إلى نموذج أوضح قابل للتطوير والتطبيق.

برنامج Urban Up – حاضنة الابتكار البلدي مبادرة تهدف إلى دعم حلول تكنولوجية محلية تعالج تحديات البلديات والمدن الفلسطينية، بالشراكة مع بلديات نابلس، دورا، العيزرية، وبيرزيت. من خلال ربط الشركات الناشئة والمبتكرين باحتياجات حقيقية من الميدان، وتحويل الأفكار إلى حلول قابلة للتطبيق تخدم المواطن وتحسّن جودة الخدمات البلدية.

Shots from the Urban Up Hackathon after two intensive days with the selected startups, aiming to develop practical solutions for urban and municipal challenges and strengthen the teams’ readiness to move from ideas into clearer, more scalable, and implementable models.

Urban Up – Municipal Innovation Incubator is an initiative that aims to support local technology-driven solutions addressing the challenges of Palestinian municipalities and cities, in partnership with the municipalities of Nablus, Dura, Al-Eizariya, and Birzeit by connecting startups and innovators with real needs from the field and transforming ideas into implementable solutions that serve citizens and improve municipal services.

Urban Up is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ)’s Inclusive Digital Governance (INDIGO) Project.

🇵🇸 🇮🇳 تعزيز جسور الابتكار بين فلسطين والهند

تشرفتالحديقة التكنولوجية باستضافة الطاولة المستديرة الهندية–الفلسطينية حول سياسات الابتكار، والتي جمعت مسؤولين حكوميين ومبتكرين وباحثين وقادة من منظومة التكنولوجيا والابتكار، لبحث دور التكنولوجيا والابتكار في دعم التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي.

وسعدنا باستقبال معالي السفيرة سريبريا رانجاناثان، نائبة وزير الشؤون الخارجية الهندية، إلى جانب معالي د. أمجد برهم، وزير التربية والتعليم العالي، ومعالي د. عبد الرزاق النتشة، وزير الاتصالات والاقتصاد الرقمي، ومعالي السيدة ماهيما سيكاند، ممثلة الهند لدى دولة فلسطين.

وسلّطت النقاشات الضوء على الدور المهم الذي تقوم به تكنوبارك فلسطين، والتي تم تأسيسها بدعم كريم من حكومة الهند، كمنصة تجمع وتربط رواد الأعمال والمبتكرين والباحثين والجامعات وصنّاع السياسات والقطاع الخاص.

كما بحثت الطاولة المستديرة فرصًا عملية للاستفادة من خبرة الهند في التكنولوجيا والابتكار وتوظيف التكنولوجيا من أجل التنمية، وربطها بالمواهب والريادة الفلسطينية، بما يفتح آفاقًا جديدة للتعاون وتبادل المعرفة وتطوير مبادرات وبرامج مشتركة.

في تكنوبارن، نفخر بالشراكة القوية مع حكومة الهند، ونثمّن عاليًا دعمها المتواصل منذ تأسيس التكنوبارك، كما نقدر الدور المهم الذي يقوم به مكتب ممثلية الهند لدى دولة فلسطين في تعزيز هذه الشراكة ودعم مجالات التعاون بين البلدين.

ونتطلع إلى البناء على هذه الشراكة والانتقال من الدعم إلى التعاون، ومن التعاون إلى الابتكار، ومن الابتكار إلى أثر حقيقي ومستدام.

🇵🇸 🇮🇳 Strengthening the Innovation Bridge Between Palestine and India

Palestine TechnoPark was honored to host the India–Palestine Innovation Policy Roundtable, bringing together senior government officials, innovators, researchers, and leaders from the technology and innovation ecosystem to explore how technology and innovation can contribute to sustainable development and economic growth.

We were honored to welcome H.E. Ambassador Sripriya Ranganathan, Vice Minister, Ministry of External Affairs of India, alongside H.E. Dr. Amjad Barham, Minister of Education and Higher Education, H.E. Dr. Abdel Razzaq Natsheh, Minister of Telecommunications and Digital Economy, and H.E. Ms. Mahima Sikand, Representative of India to the State of Palestine.

The discussions highlighted the important role of Palestine TechnoPark, established with the generous support of the Government of India, as a platform that brings together entrepreneurs, innovators, researchers, universities, policymakers, and the private sector.

The roundtable also explored practical opportunities to connect India’s experience in technology, innovation, and technology for development with Palestinian talent and entrepreneurship, opening new possibilities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and joint initiatives.

At Palestine TechnoPark, we are proud of our strong partnership with the Government of India and deeply appreciate its continued support since the establishment of the TechnoPark. We also highly value the important role of the Representative Office of India in Palestine, led by H.E. Ms. Mahima Sikand, in strengthening this partnership and advancing cooperation between India and Palestine.

We look forward to building on this partnership and moving from support to collaboration, from collaboration to innovation, and from innovation to lasting impact.

بدأ مؤسسو الشركات الناشئة المشاركون في برنامج **Sharks Palestine** رسميًا جلسات التدريب الفردية (One-on-One Coaching)، حيث يعملون بشكل مباشر مع نخبة من المرشدين والخبراء لتطوير نماذج أعمالهم، وتعزيز عروضهم الاستثمارية، والاستعداد للقاء المستثمرين والتفاعل مع منظومة التكنولوجيا والابتكار في الولايات المتحدة.

خلال اليوم الأول، انطلقنا بجلسة افتتاحية وتعريف بمحاور البرنامج، تلتها جلسات تقنية متخصصة غطّت محاور التحدي: الحوكمة الرقمية وتجربة المواطن، الاستدامة البيئية والخدمات الحيوية، والتخطيط الحضري والاقتصاد المحلي، إلى جانب جلسات عملية ساعدت الفرق على تطوير أفكارها وربطها باحتياجات البلديات والمدن.
كان يومًا غنيًا بالنقاش، التفاعل، والعمل الجماعي، وخطوة مهمة في رحلة تحويل التحديات الحضرية إلى حلول ذكية يقودها الابتكار المحلي. 🚀

Day One of the Urban Up Hackathon, bringing together the selected startups in an intensive hands-on space designed to help them develop their ideas, better understand municipal challenges, and build clearer, more implementable solutions within the context of Palestinian cities, paving the way for the top teams to be selected for the incubation phase.
During Day One, we opened with an introductory session on the program tracks, followed by specialized technical sessions covering the challenge areas: digital governance and citizen experience, environmental sustainability and vital services, urban planning and the local economy, alongside practical sessions that helped teams develop their ideas and connect them to the needs of municipalities and cities.
It was a day full of discussion, engagement, and teamwork, and an important step in transforming urban challenges into smart solutions driven by local innovation. 🚀
