Position: Plant Maintenance Manager
Job Description:
1. Good communication and correspondence skills,
2. High awareness of industrial plant's requirements (mechanical. electrical and electromechanical);

5. Ability to supervise the day to day activities and ensure proper management of subordinates.
6. Good organizational and administrative skills.
7. Ability to procure needed equipments (awareness of Saudi industrial market is a plus).
8. Proper reporting and planning skills.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineer.
Year of Experiences: 7 Years and Above
Nationality: Any but prefer Arabs (Lebanese/ Jordanian).
Nature of Field: Pipes Industry
Languages Known: Arabic & English (Spoken & written both)

Position: Workshop Manager
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the workshops activities including facilities, workshop expansion and other operational activities & Transport.
2. In coordination with logistics and Project Managers control and monitor utilization of plant, equipment and vehicles to maximize efficient utilization and distribution of resources and ensure speedy ex*****on of
works as per schedule.
3. To coordinate for the plant, equipment and Vehicles deployment at various sites and workshop Manpower Requirement.
4. To repair and maintain, ensure trouble free running of all equipment and Vehicles deployed at plant & workshop or various sites by arranging quick evaluation and repair in case of breakdowns / repairs.
5. Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment in consultation with Construction Manager and carry out the maintenance program without hampering operational requirement in order to prevent major
breakdowns and in the event of major breakdown of equipment, arrange repairs at central workshop.
6. Manage and control day-to-day activities to meet quality requirements within the budget and timescales, providing regular feedback on order status.
7. Recommend to Management phasing out of old, uneconomical and unusable equipment and replace them with new.
8. Arrange for the regular evaluation, testing and training of operators and drivers coordinate with HR Department for employee evaluation.
9. Plant, machinery and Vehicles maintenance and keeping proper record of equipment.
10. Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary production theory and practice and provide suitable interpretation to management and staff.
11. To ensure the department runs profitably by keeping the costs and downtime of equipment to the minimum.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Year of Experiences: 15 Years and Above.
Nationality: British & European only
Nature of Field: Plant, Machinery & Vehicles (PMV) in Construction
Languages Known: English

Position: QA/QC Manager
Job Description:
1. Engineering graduate with more than 8 years QA/QC experience, out of which minimum 3 years in senior position.
1. Should be aware af design and testing requirements as per international norms.
2. Should be aware of ISO requirements.
3. Experience with major piping manufacturer will be an advantage.
4. Should have ability to develop and implement QA/QC guidelines and procedures.
5. Lab testing experience as per international norms.
6. Lab equipement handling and calibration.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Polymer Engineering.
Year of Experiences: 10 Years and Above (Minimum 3 Years in Senior Position)
Nationality: Any
Nature of Field: Pipes Industry (Especially in Polymer, Resin & Concrete)
Languages Known: English & Arabic
