We’re officially in the Top 100. 🌿

Corkor has been named one of the Top 100 Sustainable Companies 2026 by The Sustainability Awards.

We’re especially proud to be recognised for two areas that are central to the way we work:

Local Manufacturing

For us, sustainability is not about claiming perfection. It is about making more responsible choices, being transparent about the materials we use, keeping production close to home in Portugal, and continuously improving the way we design and manufacture.

This recognition reflects the work of the entire Corkor team and the values we’ve been building into the brand for years.

We’re officially shortlisted. 🌿

Corkor has been recognised by The Sustainability Awards 2026 and selected for this year’s shortlist.

For us, this recognition reflects what we have been building for years: vegan design, cork-based materials, local production in Portugal, responsible sourcing, durability and continuous improvement.

We don’t believe sustainability is about claiming perfection. We believe it is about making better choices, being transparent about the materials we use, and improving the way we design and produce over time.

The final Top 100 Sustainable Companies 2026 will be announced in November.

Until then, we’re proud to celebrate this milestone - and even prouder of the work behind it.

13 years of daily use. A real Corkor story.

Shane Belson reached out to us after rediscovering the Corkor bi-fold wallet his wife gave him as a gift.

In his own words:

“Hello. I was admiring my old Corker bi-fold wallet today and decided to look you up to see if you are still in business. And you are! My wife bought the wallet through Etsy sometime between 15 and 20 years ago and gave it to me as a gift. It is well-worn from daily use and is still holding on strong.”

Shane later confirmed that the wallet was purchased in 2013 and has been in continual daily use ever since.

This is not what “new” looks like.

This is what years of use, memories and longevity look like.
