Neste momento, a garrafa é aberta e o depósito de leveduras, previamente congelado no gargalo, é expelido naturalmente pela pressão do vinho. Um passo essencial para garantir a limpidez e a elegância de cada garrafa.

Today was the final stage of the new harvest of the new sparkling wine from Quinta dos Termos: disgorgement.
At this moment, the bottle is opened and the yeast sediment, previously frozen in the neck, is naturally expelled by the pressure of the wine. An essential step to guarantee the clarity and elegance of each bottle.
