Today is a special day: happy 11th birthday, MB WAY! 🎂 Tomorrow, WUD Portugal: UX masterclass Edition kicks off, and we’re celebrating these milestones with a memorable talk.

What does working in UX actually look like? Sometimes, the best way to find out is to get hands-on.

During the welcome week for the Master’s in Product and Service Design, our Senior UX Researcher Ana Mackay joined students to share a glimpse into everyday life at Tangível.

We started with a real case focused on Research, then moved from insights to ideas with the workshop “Do Insight à Ideia”.

Inspired by Design Thinking, students took on a challenge: create a service in response to a fictional client brief, moving from the initial problem to ideation and prototyping.

The goal? Design solutions that meet user needs without losing sight of business objectives 🎯

Accessibility is not just about making a website easier to use. Sometimes, it’s about making sure people can reach the help they need.

APAV | Associação Portuguesa de Apoio à Vítima has launched a new website, redesigned to make its information and services simpler, clearer and more accessible to everyone.

Tangível supported the project pro bono, focusing on Accessibility and User Experience.

We carried out digital accessibility audits across APAV’s main platforms, identifying barriers that could make information and services harder to find or use.

As Inês Silveiro, our Digital Project Manager and Accessibility Specialist, puts it:

“We’re contributing directly to a cause that supports people at a particularly vulnerable moment in their lives, helping ensure that digital barriers don’t become another obstacle to accessing the support they need.”

For us, this is what Human-Centered Design is about: using our expertise where it can make a real difference.
