Our Head of Training and Innovation has just published a new opinion piece in Forbes Portugal: “Não foi sorte, foi design”.

Starting with a remarkable aviation incident (two planes, 472 people and just 3.70 km from a potential collision), Sandra explores what this story can teach us about designing systems that need to work when things don’t go according to plan.

As AI and automation become part of more services, the questions become increasingly important:

For a decade, AI optimised for engagement; and engagement rewarded outrage. The result: a fractured public discourse.
