This one from is made with 100% with red berries aromas very fresh but with an intense finish. We tried with our of - cod with bechamel cream - and it’s a perfect match!!!

#4🍷 this portuguese won us for its beautiful bottle shape, label and finishing top with yellow wax (as we’re designers we must admit we quite often buy a wine bottle for its design 😜)
Coming back to its aroma, we could feel fresh jasmine taste minerals and bergamot. Its golden yellow colour can trick your eyes as it’s soft fresh and dry. We really enjoyed this prestige wine 💚

The Encruzado grape variety, says, it’s the noblest white variety of the Dão.

#2🍷 An aromatic Esporão Colheita White 2017 from Esporão is very rich and fresh as a appetiser. Citrus and white flowers (perhaps white peach?) with fresh but intense taste. We ended up drinking this the whole night and everyone agreed was a good match with grilled vegetable quinoa 💜

This Beira Interior from it’s the first wine we felt in love in Portugal 🇵🇹
It has a ruby colour with cherry aromas & taste which was aged 9 months in a French oak barrel. I must admit it’s difficul to identify the balsamic notes 🤔 in the mouth it’s a full bodied with soft tannins: perfect match for dishes like soups or risotto! We tried and recommend! 💜
