We find solutions to eliminate the stress of all the red tape and ensure you receive all the correct documents. We will break down the language barriers for you. If you have recently moved to Portugal, you will need to arrange various documentation wit

h various authorities i.e. NHR applications, enrolment in the municipality, contributor / taxpayer.nr, social security, driving license, bank accounts, contract with electricity companies, gas, vehicle import, etc. We also do translations, act as interpreter, act as real estate intermediation and refer when necessary to our reliable partners to e.g. buy a new home, insurance, take care of your tax return, etc. For us it is as a challenge to turn your problems into solutions. At the clients request we can act as both translator and advisor. We will ensure that you have all the correct documentation as swiftly as possible and this will allow you to concentrate on enjoying your new life in Portugal. (Swedish)
LC Consulting är ett etablerat företag som arbetar i hela Portugal. Vårt kontor ligger i Luz-Lagos - Algarve regionen. Vårt mål är att göra övergången smidig vid en flytt till Portugal. När du blir permanent boende i Portugal krävs en del pappersarbete och myndighetsbesök för att din bosättning i landet ska bli korrekt. Som enskild person i ett annat land kan det oftast kännas omständlig och tidskrävande att ta sig igenom all byråkrati den första tiden. Vi bryter igenom språkbarriärer för att uppnå en bättre integration, då vi talar både portugisiska, svenska, spanska och engelska flytande. När du är nyinflyttad till Portugal behöver du ordna med olika tillstånd som krävs av myndigheter och kommun för att allt ska fungera. Exempelvis; inskrivning i kommunen, skaffa nr ”Contribuinte” (Skattenummer), sociala myndigheter, diverse kontrakt med el & gas bolag, licens att köra med utländskt körkort/portugisisk körkort, bankkontakter, bilimport, etc. Vi gör även NHR ansökningar, förmedlar fastigheter, tolkuppdrag, översättningar samt hänvisar vid behov till våra tillförlitliga partners som bl.a. kan ta hand om Er skattedeklaration eller om du söker en bostad, här i Portugal. Det vi inte själva kan lösa delegerar vi vidare till våra professionella samarbetspartner. Vi kan alltid om kunden önskar följa med både som tolk eller rådgivare.
