Join us from 3-5:30 p.m. at Convento do Paraíso in Silves on Friday, June 7 for a unique opportunity to taste wines produced at the adega, learn about its history, and the winemaking process.

This is an exclusive event for Terra Doce clients, and will include a buffet of light tapas by , premium wines and an option for a vintage jeep tour of the vineyards!

Sunday is brunch day 🍳🥓

People often wonder: why do vegans imitate animal products ❓

For me, it’s about the taste that I’ve known and loved during my childhood and teenage years. It is the memories of sharing those meals with the people I love. It is also a way of staying in my comfort zone, without harming any other beings, and still having that delicious taste 💕

It’s so cool being a cook and a scientist, mixing a few ingredients to get the taste of bacon and eggs as I remember them👩🏻‍🔬

After a resourceful break to properly settle into this new country I have the pleasure of calling home , I am ready to offer vegan lunch boxes every Monday of every week. 🌱
*Meals are delivered cold with a ''how to heat up'' notice*

I am also offering my catering services again with a personnalized menu that will fit with your guests needs.
I come to your home to prepare and plate my creations for your guests to enjoy! 👩‍🍳

Cooking classes are also available for groups of 4-6 people. For more details, please write to me!
