It´s based at Lionesa, in Leça do Balio, and is founded by the major Portuguese players in the innovation and entrepreneurship scenario:
Porto Business School is a business school with a unique DNA. Based in the city of Porto, an important centre of Industry and Entrepreneurship with a global outlook, Porto Business School is a private and autonomous institution held by the University of Porto and 35 companies, most of it multinational companies. This blend of the executive pragmatism and experience with the academic rigour, research and access to leading-edge technology, makes Porto Business School quite unique in the universe of business schools, giving the School the ability to unleash the potential of making change happen throughout the lives of individuals or organizations. Bright Pixel is a group of experienced builders, creative thinkers and investors, whose goal is to transform two key things: the way companies address innovation and how new ventures are put together. In the last decade, Lionesa has made it possible for several business sectors to be together in the same space. New insights, new technology and new interactions began to define its day-to-day routines. Now, Lionesa channels its energy towards a more wide-reaching concept. We want to share the Lionesa entrepreneurial spirit, nourish ideas, be a port for new and revolutionary concepts. Farfetch, Hilti, Uber, Vestas, RH mais, Li & Fung, Connor International, are some of the more than one hundred companies that believe in our dream.
