Big news, big energy! 🚀

Yesterday, three new pur'plees just joined the crew: Beatriz Barata as Analyst, and Gonçalo Osório de Castro and Maria Machado, both stepping in as Associate Consultants.

Eight years, one color, countless shades. 🎨

pur'ple isn't just our name.

It's the color we made from blending curiosity, and , and this semester proved just how many shades that one color can hold.

Here's how we lived it, in color:

🟣 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝟴. Eight years of showing up as ourselves, unapologetically pur'ple, and building something that still surprises us.

🟣 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽. With expert Inês Margarida Martins, we discovered the colors that bring out the best in each of us, and revisited what makes pur'ple, well, pur'ple.

🟣 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗸𝗲. Full pur'ple makeover, part decor, part invitation to travel without ever leaving the office.

🟣 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗽 + 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Jerseys, flags, confetti, every color at once. and a big congratulations to Spain, well deserved.

🟣 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. We closed the semester asking "what if?" out loud, and showed off our dominant thinking mode through color-coded balloons.

🟣 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗻𝗲𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻. A sparkling pink glow now lights up the office, a little reminder every day of who we are.

Eight years. One workshop. One bicycle. One World Cup. One training. One neon-lit office. All pur'ple, all us.

So here's the question we're already asking ourselves: what new color will the next cycle bring? 🎨

Talent takes years to build. Should the reward system only look one year ahead?

That's the question Sporting CP 🦁 asked when they realized their company-wide bonus model didn't fit the roles carrying their real competitive edge: youth coaches, youth scouts, and professional scouts.

So instead of asking "what did you do this year?", they shifted to "what are you building for the club's future?"

Together with pur'ple, Sporting CP designed role-specific incentive frameworks that pay off on the timeline that value actually happens on, not an arbitrary budget year.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: a system that turned incentives from a cost line into a strategic tool, and got buy-in from day one because the people closest to the work helped shape it.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Everyone's talking salary bands and compliance deadlines. Fair enough, June 7 just passed. But the real question isn't "are we ready to report?" It's "𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙣?"

Do you want to see us smile? 😃

Because this week, we were covered in paint, breathing dust, and absolutely loving it. 🎨🪣

We spent a full day at Recolhimento Nossa Senhora do Carmo da Lapa, in Lisbon, alongside the incredible team from Just a Change, rolling up our sleeves and contributing to something that matters far beyond the walls we painted.

Turns out, the best things happen when you hand someone a paintbrush, put on some music, and get to work on a mission bigger than yourselves. A massive thank you to Just a Change for their know-how and infectious energy, and to Recolhimento da Lapa for opening their doors (and their hearts) to us. 💜
