The main goal of the ParticipAção project is to promote the inclusion and active citizenship of communities living in several neighborhoods of Lisbon. The project aims to empower its participants to be the main actors of the transformations necessary to improve their living conditions and the life of their communities. Fractal Mind has joined the Clube Intercultural Europeu to create the Kit Participação and encourages everyone to participate.

Have you heard of "humanising the workplace"? That's what happened in our office a few days ago.
