Yes, life can be fecking scary as hell. Choices, moving forward, taking action, risking being embarrassed, overcoming past experiences that hurt. At the end it comes down to you. Stepping into the void of the unknown. Sounds terrifying. Right?

I have had the pleasure and we all have of being in flow. Experiencing its presence as we enter the present. For a while I used to believe we create flow. It was like some magical place that was acquisitioned by achieving something we are good at. Now I see differently.

It's all flow. It's not a place. Its everywhere and everytime. You only gotta go with it. Trust in the magic that is all around you. Let go and go with it. Its that easy 😂😂😂 I wish. It is and it isn't.

What do you do to experience flow? Do you have a technique that works specifically for you? Something you can share?

I find breathing helps. Connecting with my senses. Entering my body. Quietening my mind.
