Working together with partners all over the world, Marina Os. executes projects both locally and at a distance. We have worked in cities well known for art and design, like Berlin, London and Paris, and are involved in emerging ones, like Lisbon, Baku, Tel Aviv and Singapore. We use a refined sense of art, design and craftsmanship strengthened by an understanding of authenticity and integrity. Years of experience in property and business development enable us to tailor concepts to suit diverse businesses and brands. We give smaller companies the opportunity to grow by involving them in bigger projects. Our Story

Marina Os. leverages Creative Industries to innovate Real Estate development. With our vision, a project is no longer just a building, but a magnet, destination and reference point. Using our passion for how cities evolve, we connect Real Estate projects to those who have the ability to fill that space with unique content. These culturally and artistically engaging projects create added value for both property owners and communities through their prestigious positioning and outreach.

We look at trending opportunities in each city, be it luxury Real Estate developments, apart-hotels, gastronomy or retail.

We then conceptualise and help launch mixed-use spaces, co- living and co-working environments, creating new trends with conceptual and communal spaces. We develop joint financial- conceptual bids to build spaces with conscientious developers who are considerate of the area, society, city, country and world their project will inhabit. Through our in-house capacity and global network of partners, Marina Os. offers a one-stop service provider that sees a project from conception through to design, planning, contract negotiation, project management, quality control, marketing, and ongoing cultural programme management.

Marina Os. also initiates own projects to improve cities and communities using creative and sustainable concepts. Our projects contribute to exposing the full potential of the cities in which we operate by activating the creative economy to support sustainable development.
