Mr. Silva runs a home laundry care business and is based in the Algarve. His customers are of different ages and nationalities. Because the current crisis is getting worse, Mr. Silva would like to know better how satisfied his clients are with the services rendered and what type of services they would want.
Because Mr. Silva’s business does not allow him to hire a marketer or a market research company, he started to lose heart and sought other forms of reaching his goal. Through social networking, he got to know Quest-E, a platform of self-employed persons, and he decided to contact it and explained his needs.
Then, he received a message of a technical expert in questionnaires and studies who submitted him a tailor-made proposal, which turned out to be an opportunity. The Quest-E expert helped Mr. Silva design the questionnaire, trained him how to use the online survey platform that Quest-E delivers and built a printed version to be distributed by the commercial staff. The questionnaire was implemented and handled by the Quest-E expert, who made a report with the outcomes.
Mr. Silva and his company know now better their customers and their expectations and are provided with a platform to implement the questionnaires in the future, where appropriate.
