On 21 May, LAS Group attended another edition of the Leading People – International HR Conference ✨

Represented by our CFO, Luísa Caldeira, and our CHRO, Ana Marçal Grilo, we took part in one of the leading events dedicated to people management, leadership and organisational transformation.

Organised by Leading People Portugal and integrated into the Leadership Summit Portugal, the event brought together professionals, leaders and experts to reflect on the challenges and trends shaping the future of work and organisations.

Under the theme “Human Experience — From Workforce to People Force”, this edition placed people at the centre of the conversation, encouraging reflection on human-centred leadership, organisational culture, innovation, talent, wellbeing, and the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in the professional world.

Last month our aircraft maintenance technicians have successfully completed the A320 NEO & CEO type training.

This specialised programme provides in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems engines and structure while combining theoretical learning with practical application in a real maintenance context.

Designed for B1 and B2 professionals, this training supports certification pathways and prepares technicians to perform maintenance tasks with accuracy efficiency and confidence.

An important step in strengthening safety standards operational performance and technical excellence across our teams.✈️
