Site Manager - Dammam, Saudi Arabia

The Project is a road bridge located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, at the intersection of Coastal Road and Port Road. It consists of a 48 spans viaduct on a total length of 2.3km. The viaduct will cross a railway line and go over an underpass.

The scope of works is related to:
- technical assistance for precast yard setup
- formworks design & supply
- supervision of segment precasting
- geometry control software supply and operation
- modification and rental of a Launching Girder
- er****on of spans using a Launching Girder (labour will be supplied by Client)
- Post Tensioning supply and installation

Project starting date : May 2012
Project completion date : August 2014

Job description:
The Site Manager will be based in Dammam and will be responsible for the day to day operations of the project. He will liaise with the offsite Project Manager and organize the site activities as well as manage the site team. He will be the contact point in Dammam for the client.

Main tasks:
- Management of site team
- Organization of resources in term of equipment, staff and labour
- Planning / program
- Follow up of accounting and cost control
- Assistance to all site meetings as required
- Contractual follow up with the help of the Project Manager

Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience in construction with some experience in precasting and segmental er****on
- Good management skills
- Good technical knowledge
- Previous work experience in Middle East will be beneficial
- English speaking
- French is a plus
