From day one, Rudi has been a force of vision and as the Fusion AfC - an Affinity Company - Leader, he has shaped one of the most vibrant and inspiring business units in our ecosystem.

With his focus on people, resilience, and drive, Rudi turned Fusion AfC into much more than a business unit: he built a culture where talent thrives, autonomy drives growth, and ambition sets the pace.

Since 2024, Rudi has also taken on the role of Business Units Partner, coordinating Affinity’s global growth and reinforcing our culture of intra-entrepreneurship on an international scale.
