We're happy to announce that the kick-off meeting for the 🇪🇺 Project #𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐑 - Innov𝐀𝐓ive 𝗘ducation For Socia𝐋 𝐈nclusion via Co-d𝗘sign P𝐑actices, marked the official beginning of the project's activities on October 3rd. 🎯

🎓🧑🏿‍🤝‍🧑 S-NODI, partner of this project, is looking forward to contributing: we'll be fostering cooperation between Higher Education institutions ( ) and Civil Society Organization ( ) and we'll be developing innovative learning and teaching practices based on that tackle the challenge of .

The project's outcomes will be models and tools, a wider offer of the HEIs, workshops and events. Also, we'll be covering catalogues of practices, guidelines, repositories, competence frameworks, reports, access to MOOCs and a multi-language trans-disciplinary online learning toolkit.

"Em um momento tão desafiador para o mundo, com a pandemia e crise econômica, Taiwan quer ajudar!
No entanto, sob pressão política, a ONU continuam a rejeitar Taiwan, citando a Resolução 2758 (XXVI) da Assembleia Geral da ONU de 1971 como base para a exclusão.
Mas a resolução é muito clara: ela só aborda a representação da China nas Nações Unidas. O documento não trata de reivindicações de soberania sobre Taiwan, nem autoriza outro membro a representar o país na ONU.
Taiwan é uma das democracias mais livres do mundo e apresenta grande desenvolvimento na economia, saúde e bem-estar social. O país quer ajudar outros países também!

Covid-19: OLAE adia todos os eventos programados.

Devido à crise pandémica do Covid-19 o OLAE decidiu adiar a realização de todos os eventos públicos, que estavam programados para serem realizados durante o segundo semestre do atual ano letivo, para o início do próximo ano letivo.
Assim, quer a Conferência sobre Comércio Internacional, que tem um leque alargado de convidados e que terá a duração de dois dias completos, quer as conferências sobre as oportunidades de negócios com Taiwan, Paquistão, Índia e Bangladesh serão todas adiadas para datas a indicar brevemente.
Também as atividades no âmbito do empreendedorismo jovem e imigrante ficam suspensas até ao início de Setembro.
O apoio a todos os projetos que estão em fase de execução irá manter-se, sendo prioridade absoluta do OLAE que os impactos sobre estes projetos sejam apenas residuais.
Nesta época de crise queremos deixar uma mensagem de apoio a todos os que estão na primeira linha de combate ao vírus e de esperança na recuperação económica após o levantamento das restrições.
