Rent&Relax Gestão de Imóveis Rent & Relax is a property management business focused on Portugal´s real estate market, its foreign investors and local property owners.

As a property manager, our aim is to optimize and generate profit by managing our clients´ apartments and buildings on the short term rental market: tourists, expatriates and students.

Esta pessoa integrará uma equipa pequena de 3 pessoas que acredita no lema “Work hard, play hard”. Somos todos pessoas dinâmicas, organizadas com um forte sentido de responsabilidade, planeamento e organizado. Estes fatores são fundamentais na nossa empresa.

Estamos à procura de alguém que será responsável por assegurar que todas as atividade de Back Office estão sincronizadas e em progresso. Como parte do nosso departamento de back office e administração, esta pessoa terá de assegurar que toda a nossa documentação tem um nível de excelência e implementar processos para ótimas condições de trabalho. É necessário supervisionar em grande detalhe, coordenar e executar todas as atividades relacionadas com o back office e analisar e avaliar o que poderá ser implementado para melhorar os nossos processos e aumentar a qualidade do serviço.

Principais responsabilidades:

- Contabilidade (simples)
- Organização de ficheiros
- Gestão de folhas de Excel / Aplicativos de tarefas
- Organizar folhas de google
- Pesquisa de propriedades
- Contratação de água, luz e gás
- Coordenar fornecedores
- Criar orçamentos

Requisitos:

- Experiência prévia em posições similares
- Fluente em Inglês e Português em escrita e oralidade. Mais línguas são valorizadas
- Gostar de trabalhar em equipa
- Sentido de responsabilidade e proatividade: precisamos de uma pessoa independente
- Licenciatura
- Organização e planeamento
- Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e encontrar soluções rápidas
- Atenção ao detalhe

As part of our back office / admin department you will need to make sure that all our documentation and back office is at a standard of excellence and implement processes for perfect working conditions. It is necessary to supervise in great detail, coordinate and execute all activities related to the back office and analyze and evaluate what can be implemented to improve our process and increase our quality.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Main Responsibilities:

- Accounting (simple)
- File organization
- Manage Excel Spreadsheets / Tasks Applications
- Organise google sheets
- Research for listings
- Set up utilties
- Coordinate suppliers
- Create quotes

Requirements:

- Previous experience in similar roles
- Fluent level of English and Portuguese written and spoken. More languages are added values
- Have a good sense of teamwork
- Sense of responsibility and proactivity: we need to be an independent person
- University degree
- Organization and planning
- Ability to work under pressure and find solutions rapidly
- Detail orientated

We were supprised by the steep street, and we found it a bit challenging to get into the garage, especially when it rained. But it was a huge plus that they had a parking spot inside. Carolina is a super host, very nice and the communication was good and quick. the apartment is brand new tastefully designed and very comfortable a kind of place you are happy to come back after a walking day in challenging Lisbon and even delay your getting out the next morning because its Incredibly comfortable and you have great view, the location worked perfect for us a vivid shopping street ( although the apartment is very quiet) but in a walking distance from everything -museum theaters cathedrals and the great wine bars of Bairro alto so all in all highly recommended in all means” @ Rua Garrett

We had Lovely live music outside of the apartment most days, something that I loved watching by the balcony. we also had direct access to the Elevador de Santa Justa through a back door! Most shops are literally next to the building. We loved going shopping around the area and Uber could also take you anywhere in Lisbon for a very reasonable price (comparing with taxis in the UK) I would definitely recommend this gorgeous apartment!” ❤

"In a city full of Airbnbs, this one is something special. Every detail had been considered in the layout and decor, we felt instantly at home. The check in and communication was welcoming and smooth. The wine, pastries, water and fruit a lovely touch. It was great to have outside space, light and fresh air flowed through the apartment. The location is superb, quiet but accessible to everything; a lovely square with great coffee (Copenhagen coffee lab), restaurant (Cafe Tehran), supermarket, ATM, craft beer and bars. We plan a return!"
