WNC Recruitment is a privately owned company that has been operating since 2015. It was created to service the temporary recruitment of medical staff to be placed outside of Portuguese and Canadian borders. The primary activity is the recruitment and placement of doctors in the Middle East. The skill sets of the medical staff placed are determined by the individual requests and needs of the requesting parties. We recruit at all employment levels; from junior to senior; and across a broad range of specialties. WNC remains committed to the development of effective and competitive solutions for our customers. Our Head office is located in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. This location provides an excellent catchment for available candidates, which are then screened, tested, and assessed, in line with legislation and our clients’ requirements. We also have offices in a number of Canadian cities. These offices create another stream of highly skilled and knowledgeable doctors which can be accessed by recruiters. WNC Recruitment taps into both the Portuguese market as well as the Canadian market in order to recruit the best applicants. Our recruitment procedures are ubiquitous across all of our locations as our highest priority is matching the right candidate with the perfect placement. We are committed to serving our clients and our applicants with all the important and pertinent information about the needs and wants required to fulfill a seamless placement.
