Here’s how it works:

📲 Online Check-in → The guest completes their registration before arrival.

🔄 Nonius listens to the PMS → Through its PMS integration, Nonius automatically receives the Room Ready status when the room is assigned and ready for check-in.

📩 Guest gets notified → Nonius automatically sends a Room Is Ready notification with a unique QR code via Email, WhatsApp and/or SMS.

📷 Scan → The guest scans the QR code at the Nonius Check-in Kiosk.

🔑 Grab the key & go → The reservation is instantly retrieved and the physical room key is ready to collect.

Say hello to André Guimarães, Channel Partner Manager at Nonius!

André joined Nonius seven years ago, attracted by the opportunity to help expand our Channel Partner network in the fast-growing hospitality technology market. Since then, he has enjoyed working in a lean, agile environment that quickly adapts to change. ⏩

What André enjoys most is working in a dynamic business where every day brings new opportunities and challenges, requiring quick thinking and close collaboration with partners around the world. 🤝

Outside of work, André is the proud father of twin boys, who now happily take up most of his free time. His hobbies have evolved from marathon training to quick 6 km runs, and he also enjoys collecting classic LEGO sets. 🏃‍♂️

Emília joined Nonius two years ago, inspired by the company's innovative mindset and the opportunity to be part of a team that is constantly evolving its products. Seeing those ideas come to life is one of the things she enjoys most about working at Nonius. 💡

Around the office, Emília is affectionately known as the "hurricane" always full of energy, with colleagues constantly reminding her to slow down. 😅

Introducing Paulo Cardoso, Project Engineer at Nonius Spain!

Paulo joined Nonius four years ago, drawn by the opportunity to work with technology in two industries he's passionate about: hospitality and innovation. After spending nearly four years at Nonius HQ in Portugal, he recently embraced a new adventure by relocating to Madrid to join the Nonius Spain team. 🌍

What Paulo enjoys most is teamwork. He loves bringing people together to solve problems, brainstorm ideas, and work towards a common goal. Just give him a little time before saying good morning! 😄 Once he's fully awake, he's known for being collaborative and always ready to help. ☕

Outside of work, Paulo enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, gaming, and binge-watching TV shows and anime. He has already visited around 15 countries, some thanks to Nonius. ✈️
